Okay, for some reason I did not notice this until I reached the brightly lit Citadel. When I made my Femshep at the beginning I must have done something wrong (Or forgot to do something.) but... well I think it is better to just show you all. I must have messed up in the makeup department somehow, (Or simply forgot to do it.) and now she looks like a creepy, lazy clown all the way. Is there a way for me to still make changes, or is this it. I mean, I know I am only just on the citadel and I could restart the game, but still prefer not to. (In the hope I do not mess up a second time, if I restart?)

I'm on console, so I don't use or know about what mods are available yet. Hopefully someone has added a way to change characters after starting the game. I was surprised that Bioware still didn't add in a "facial reconstruction" type of terminal in the LE. It would have been a nice touch.
If you're doing it the hard way and restarting, check to see whether the squad screen shows the face code. If it does (or if you recorded it before starting the game), use that as your base point for remaking her and then just add the particular tweaks you want.
Personally, I don't think she looks too bad and even most places on the Citadel aren't as harshly lit as Chellick's office. I'd probably just keep playing if it were me.

First, yeah I wish we had got a way to change appearance in game in MELE, but unfortunately not. But you were mentioning mods, so that made me look around on the Nexus. And I found the Trilogy Save Editor and a Head morph mod that I applied to my FemShep with said Trilogy Save Editor. And although she now looks a lot more different from the one I had before, and the Identity code no longer fits with the face she has now she no longer looks like a lazy creepy clown. The Photo mode is a great addition to the series BTW.

Best thing I've done with FemShep is just to avoid makeup unless it's just eyeliner and a dark eyeshadow. The blush looks weird and it's too hard to tell what color it's supposed to be. The lipsticks, especially the lighter ones, just look odd in most lighting.

That's a complaint people make about Ashley's look in ME3.

That's a complaint people make about Ashley's look in ME3. And also one of my biggest problems with the new default FemShep. Not only is her facial structure just kind of unnatural in some way, her makeup is not consistent with any other human female in the galaxy. Kind of like the dresses she wears for Hock's party and the Citadel. Nothing about her "dressy" attire fits with the rest of the human female population, and it's just weird. Why did the devs go out of their way to make Shepard stand out as much as possible during what's supposed to be a heist? (We'll ignore that no one notices you breaking into stuff right in front of them and killing several guards on the way to getting through Hock's vault.) As you might notice, yeah, it bugs me a lot.

I guess that is the reason why I like the head morph mod I applied. @upyetagain In the real world, I agree, it would not fit with being a Marine. But because my FemShep is an Infiltrator, I just head cannon that her enemies think... "What is that N7 Marine wearing on her... BLAM head explosion. ". AS for ME3... well I never played it, so it will be my first time with this play through. (Meaning I do not know how Ashley looks in ME3.)

Let me know what you think of Ash's look in ME3 when you get there. Won't say more to avoid spoiling anything for you.
