Reaper War without Shepard and Crew.

How would the events of the Reaper War take place had Shepard and the rest died during the Suicide Mission?

Here's my alternate timeline:
-Batarians would still meet their fate at the start of the game with them being wiped out by the first wave.
-Alliance would still be as blind as they were and get pommeled by the Reapers, Hackett would send any forces he has to Mars to get the archive data from Liara. However, they are slower and are unable to stop Cerberus in time. Cerberus gets information about the Crucible and starts getting to work on the device.
-Council races argue about the best course of action but their impasse gives the Reapers more time to bleed allied forces and Cerberus begins setting up research outposts and bases in isolated systems as well as expanding their military.
-Cerberus is unable to contain nor control the Adjutants on Omega and they retreat. Omega becomes a slaughterhouse and falls under Reaper control.
-Krogan demand their fertile females be returned but Cerberus kills the last remaining female and Krogan declare war on all Council races. Turians detonate the nuke and kill off the majority of the Krogan clan leadership. Krogan and Council stay locked in asymmetric war with Alliance joining with the Salarians and Turians. Asari stay out of the conflict and shore up their borders.
-Cerberus uses the chaos of the loss of Palaven as well as the Krogan insurgency to attack the Citadel and wipe out the Council leadership. They then close the arms of the station to shield themselves from the allied fleets who begin their blockade of the station but are unable to breach Cerberus defenses around it. C-SEC is unable to quell Cerberus and they get wiped out. The highest ranking Citadel Fleet officer orders the fleets to depart the system and regroup away from Citadel space with the Alliance and the rest. Cerberus uses the Citadel as their shipyard and starts recruiting the human population at gunpoint while keeping the non-humans trapped on the lower wards where they begin to starve to death or get experimented on.
-Quarians get wiped out by the Geth who join the Reapers in their war against organics.
-Dozens of sanctuaries are set up and Cerberus quickly learns to control large groups of organic Reaper ground forces. Reapers then start using Geth to put down the Cerberus controlled Reaper ground forces and begin targeting Cerberus itself.
-Hackett and the rest of the military leadership of the other species realize the best method of survival is combining all fleets into a Coalition that can conduct hit and run tactics on indvidual Reaper capital ships with ground forces taking care of Reaper destroyers and transports with WMDs, suicide commandos and even asteroid bombardments.
-While this is occuring, Cerberus learns of the Catalyst on Thessia on the Citadel and quickly acquires it due to Asari forces coming under siege from the Geth and Adjutants.
-Reapers inflict heavy losses on Cerberus controlled worlds while they quickly attempt to move the finished crucible to the occupied Citadel with TIM at the head of the operation.
-Crucible gets deployed; however, Cerberus can't make it function and their fleets are getting swarmed by the Reaper armada.
-Majority of Reaper forces including Geth are dispatched to the Widow system to deal with Cerberus.
-Cerberus brute force the Crucible to fire but it causes the citadel to explode in a massive supernova that wipes out both Cerberus and the Reapers not only in the system but in the entire Serpent Nebula.
-The surviving Reapers are stunned. Not only did they lose majority of their Reaper ships but now they lost the ability to control the Mass Relays. They can't rely on brute force and have to resort to hit and run tactics and other non-conventional methods.
-The Coalition learned of the destruction and used the confusion to evacuate as many forces and civilians from Reaper controlled systems as possible.
-The conflict becomes a protracted war of cat and mouse with forces hopping from system to system for resources and technology that can turn the tide. The Reapers begin running out of patience and resort to destroying Mass Relays themselves to trap and destroy
