Don´t get me wrong i don´t mind higher prices for the former DLC guns but 250k for the Valiant?!? That´s a bit too much in my opinion. Also all of the other N7 weapons are pretty expensive but the most of non N7 guns costs only 10k.
Also its strange that Black Widow costs less than the Valiant. Its only 150k now.

I still think an adjustment to the amount of credits given the player at the start is needed in ME2 and in ME3 to account for the additional costs of the DLC weapons... not 1,000,000 credits (as we got with the ME1 transfer bug initially) but something. Neither game was flush with credits in the early going and this just a disincentive to trying out these weapons for people who haven't had the benefit of using them in the old games.
I'll persist through these first playthrougs of ME2 and ME3 as they are, but I really doubt I'll make any more runs just to eventually buy and upgrade these DLC guns. It's just not worth it.

Yep, I agree, the prices for the DLC guns are a little high in ME3. Ultimately, it doesn't change much for my game. I just get the guns I want and that's it. My Infiltrator uses a Harrier and a Black Widow and that's it. I am completely OP with those as is. But I always thought one of the strengths of ME3 was the variety in the guns and not being able to get a lot of them is a bit weird. Besides, I also want to get all those cool looking armors as well, not because they are particularly useful but just because they look cool. At this point, I'd basically have to cheat to get that stuff before an NG+ and it doesn't even have much impact on game balancing at all.

ME2 has a finite amount of funds available... so it's not just a matter of the time it would take to grind for a gun. ME3, you can grind in the arena forever. There's not point though because, by then, you're the end of that run. If you do NG+, you'll likely end with enough credits to buy your Valiaant then. So, no sympathies from me. I'm more interesting in getting a gun slightly better than the defaults at the start of the game.
The LE advertises that the DLC is included for free. It's not really... it's been chnged from the original DLC's, which gave you those guns for free at the start of each game.

You can still farm 500 Credits through the varren race. It´s not much and tooks a lot of time through trial & error but theoretical is infinite. First thanks i guess. Second maybe i want to used the Valiant before NG+ sorry the first playthrough. And third have you ever considered that some players aren´t interessed in NG+? Of course for balancing reasons those former DLCs should cost something but not a fortune. And by the way this just for Level 1. If you want to upgrade those (who wouldn´t do that?) well that also costs something.

The varren fights are not infinite. Read Wiki... after several wins, the return is not 500 credits per win, it's 1 credit per win (which is a 499 credit loss each time). I've tested it. The Wiki is accurate on that.

Yeah I think it's a case of judst buying the guns you intend to use on your playthrough now rather than trying to get all of them. Especially as there's more than enough credits to do that after all don't forge twe earn around 10-15,000 credits for every quest we do depending on the quest. I agree i twould be nice to have a starting pot in ME3 wher some of your leftover ME2 cerdits go to but doesn't look like we were given it. Shame because I think ME3 needs it moer than 2 given you had to byu a lot of the stuff anyway in 3 whereas in ME2 you use research and resources rather than credits to collect most of it.

Is it a bit expensive? Yes.
Should it be cheaper then the BW? Also yes
But i was able to buy and upgrade it to level 5 before Priority Tuchanka. Based on how fast I'm accumulating money i bet one can buy and utilize 3-4 of the DLC guns before the end of the game. I also had the Valk up to six befor even that and the Talon up to 5 right now.

You just hav eto maybe prioritise more than you did befoe rbut ther is enough creds there. It would be nice t ohav emore suer but I'm no tgoing t ocomplain because I know after my first playthrough with a little carefu lbudgeting I think I'll hav eenough for what I want. Even if I don' tat least I know I can use the Armax arena to get what's left that I feel I need as I'll admit I did use the Armax arena to get one o r2 upgrades I felt I wanted once I was getting towards theend of the game as I was able to earn enoug hfor it quiet easily whilst levelling up my companions.
