OK, so I reinstalled ME:A to give it another try and I'm stranded with spoken language. The game assumes I need the german localization. But though my native language is German, I don't want to play the wooden and emotionless localization. I switched the language option in origin to english, but all it does is changing the menus to english without taking care of spoken language.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can change language somewhere in the in game settings.
Edit: The Language option is even right there in the main settings menu.

Yeah, but it only offers the installed language. But nevermind, I found it. I had to set it to english in Origin and then do a repair. That worked. The english files were downloaded.
