Did anyone ever manage to restore the original default Sara face from before the day one patch?
Secondly, are there any mods that make ammo powers unlimited/permanent?

Not that I know of.
As for ammo powers again not that I know of but then I kind of like th etactical side of them being limited in MEA so haven't really checked.
