Choose your Pathfinder Team

If/When we get an expansion/sequel to Andromeda, one of the things I’d like to see is some control over who is on our Pathfinder Team. Pipe-Dream it might be but it makes for an interesting discussion topic. Who would you keep, who would you replace? Only so much room on the Tempest after all. If bringing new blood onto the team, how do you see them being kitted out powers and gear-wise?

For myself:
First thing would be to replace Liam. I honestly think he’d be better off and much happier helping establish new outposts, working in community outreach and maybe even building a first-responder corps for the outposts and colonies. Basically everything that isn’t scouting out new worlds.

I’d replace him with some kind of Salarian STG-type. Preferably one who specialized in recon with an ability similar to the ME3MP Quarian Soldier/Infiltrator/Engineer Tactical Scan Ability. Maybe of the guys/gals who helped develop the Initiative’s Scanner Function on the Omni-tool (which was based on STG designs according to the codex).

Another squaddie I can see replacing is Jaal. Encouraging him to actually take that Resistance Command or even become the Angara Pathfinder.

Replace him with: Avela Kjar, in my opinion a more appropriate member of a Pathfinder Team. Specializing in old Angaran Tech in contrast to Peebee’s Remnant predilection.
