First off i despise the Firewalker DLC. It´s just a terrible DLC but i have always wonder what happened to prothean relic after ME 3.
I really wish that Bioware would have explained what happen to this relic and why we can´t collect this in ME 3 again. Maybe they could add an email which explain its fate. Perhaps it went to crucible.

I'm pretty sure that Prothean relic wasn't mentioned again. Shep got another vision and that's it.
I also hate Firewalker DLC and I hate that stupid tinfoil thing you have to fly around in.

Well the "story" of that dlc was mostly made to justify using the hammerheads, I think that since lots of people did not bother with it or simply didn't care about the writing in this mission, it was simply never mentionned again but I am not sure. These dlc were "gameplay levels" and that was it.
