I know I'm new around these forums but I bleed ME as much as ST and am not seeing that card table as an easter egg. I get the Alliance logo looking similar to a ST comm badge, but that's about it.

Agreed, it's quite the stretch.

I do think that the Alliance logo is pretty close to the Starfleet delta and may very well be inspired by it but whatever, Seems that a lot of space related logos have the delta (including NASA and the "Spaceforce" :hue:

There are certainly a lot of Star Trek references in the ME series. One of the art book says that the entire asari race was created with a bit of a nod to the "green space babes" from ST.

But the poker table ... don't really think so. besides, the poker table on the Enterprise D was round.
