So theres this feature in Detroit: Become Human where you get a menu that let's you see all major choices you could make in the game. I got to thinking, "What if something like this was implemented into Mass Effect?" You wouldn't base it off every dialogue choice, but I could definitely see something like this when it comes to the core story arc, major side missions, and companion sidequests. You could even tie concept arts, music, and in-game bonuses to completing a particular "timeline".

They have something similar already, you have locked options that you can choose inside the Archives. Its not in the game, but it does exist.

They should implement a repeatable quest system. Also, repeatable dungeons, based on quests. Like having a Thresher Maw boss fight, just as in Grunt's Loyalty Mission, on Tuchanka. Expand the bestiary. And give rewards. Good rewards. Not Anthem style shit, where you get greens and blues for a Boss run that takes 15+ minutes. And FFS, bring back armours and squad customization. If you want people to grind your game, while also giving rainshower rewards, have that equipment spread out over a team of 12. Do you know how many times people will do such runs, to gear up their entire squad? If I could do that, for ME2, I'd still be stuck, playing that game.

I rather play Anthem then have them do this to Mass Effect. What you suggest here would open the game up wide for monetary live service elements just like Assassin's Creed.

At this point, I don't particularly care. It's no worse than what EA did with ME3. And ME2 is the highest point ME has ever been, in-universe.

Totally not what you're asking for, but somebody (probably a current or past member of this forum) has made very nice detailed checklists for all 3 games. You can download and print them, and tick tick tick. This is not interactive at all, and is either on a different screen or on paper in front of you, but it does let you see the entire game in one shot. Edit: oh wow, an older friend of mine was involved in making these. ZimmMaster is an old KotOR modder https://www.reddit.com/r/masseffect/comments/nabcih/me1_2_3_checklists_by_teryx/ Has download links for each game's checklist.

Greatly expanding the gear crafting system would help a lot with my own investment. I would love to be able to deck out my followers and create both powerful armor sets and weapon loadouts tailor-made to how I want them to behave in battle. Like if I have a krogan follower, and I want him to look like a savage dinosaur with a shrapnel-launching flamethrower or whatever. To this day, Inquisition’s probably my favorite system in terms of equipping allies, because there was so much I could unlock that made my allies really powerful on the battlefield, my only complaint being the conformity to some kind of weird archetype affixed to each companion, so they always appeared a certain way no matter the armor I made. To add to that, I’d like to be able to take appearance customization to the point where I can bypass any of this “iconic look” garbage and have them appear in battle what I feel best suits them, rather than being pigeonholed into whatever the game dictates, meaning no more retarded breather masks and the sort if I don’t want them.

It's not gonna happen but give us proper modding tools and allow us to create missions, maps and put them into the galaxy map as new systems/planets. That would be awesome! (But it's not going to happen. )

The same here.
Look I liked and quite enjoyed both Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Assassin's Creed: Valhalla but I will openly admit the sheer amount of useless and the stupid armor, weapons, mounts, birds, boats, tattoos, hair styles, powers, home decor, and so on is just so fucking extremely stupid that even if I could get all I would never use it in ANY playthrough I would ever do now or for the rest of my life.
But then hey fools and their money are soon parted.

Did you know it was better to kill the geth heretics? Could you foresee that destroying Maelon's data could be significant, especially if you were pro-krogan and like Eve? What about if you didn't do loyalty missions in ME2? I think some choices are pivotal. Not knowing outcomes makes for increased replayability. Now, if you had something show up on a map after you made a choice, something that might suggest there was another unnamed choice you could have made, maybe.

I kind of suggested that but I'd ignore mentioning that there are other choices until after one was made.

Imagine a protagonist being involved with that? lol Or ... it could be like the Running Man. That, or everything that came later and copied it. Hunger Games and a couple others come to mind. Either way, it would make for a good show. You survive and you're free to go. It could mean more than one survivor but that's fine.
