~ Update: November 5, 2016
Added information to which MODs work and how with Trespasser.
-Update November 6, 2016
Updated/fixed information regarding hair modification in Trespasser.
Decided to create a post to share the MODs I am using and any of those you want to share. Furthermore a place were people can ask, help etc about MODs as well.
And before you ask: MODs are for PC ONLY. Sorry!
Links that are known to work with Trespasser will have a *. If you know any other MODs that do or not work say something.
Furthermore if you post any MODs be sure put a * next to them.
Below will be a better description as to how, what etc to get MODs in this DLC.

How to install Mods:
Go here for instructions. Any questions just ask.
Random Information:
-The Mod: Potions-Tonics-Grenades- Oh My! - Does work with more Healing Potions. You need to make sure Healing Potions is below it. You will get a warning (or something) in the merge window- ignore it.
-Ball replacement outfit textures do not work with Trespasser. You need to disable the Mod before starting the DLC. If you do not the Mod will crash your game. For more information on MOD conflicts with Trespasser go here.
-Hair Mods with Trespasser may or may not work. The following was taken from DAIMODDER:
Thanks Evamitchelle for the information.
-Even after reading the above article and you still have no idea what works with Trespasser or just simply confused here is what you can do.
Disable all your MODs in MOD Manager BEFORE you start this DLC.
Enter Trespasser. Allow the cut-scenes to play out until you have control of your character.
Save your game.
Exit Game.
Open MOD Manager and enable a cosmetic MOD.
Double-check no other MODs are enabled aside from the one you just selected.
Check re-scan file patch box to the bottom right.
Click Merge.
Once the files are done, enter the game and see if it works or does not work. Repeat if you want.
-More Fade-Touched will give you a warning in the merger window-Ignore it. Brontos will still drop Fade-Touched.
-Not all MODs are on Nexus. Some are on Tumblr or Drop Box etc. Use your preferred search engine to find what you are looking for or you can ask here.
-Nexus is known (sometimes) for having an "air bubble" - as it were - when downloading a file. If your MOD is not working try downloading and reinstalling the MOD. If that fails then another MOD or MODs must be conflicting with it. Backtrack, research etc. to find a solution. Of course you could ask here.
-Nexus Mod Manager does not work with DAI. So do not attempt to use or ask how to get it to work.
-There are MODs that can be configured in the MOD Manager. Check to see if the MOD or MODs you are using require it. Palettes of Thedas is one such MOD. If you do not configure the file to your liking the materials in game will stay at their vanilla defaults.
Other Game MOD Tools:
-DAI Fly-Cam (Allows the player to take amazing screen-shots. Even has lighting adjustments and freeze time to take screen shots during cut-scenes).
-DAI Cheat Engine (Allows the player to give themselves lots of gold, adjust party banter, unlimited store supplies and more).
Have fun and don't be shy!

-Hair Mods with Trespasser may or may not work. The following was taken from DAIMODDER:
"Hair mods in general are hit and miss as to whether they show up, and it changes between race and gender. And even then, when a hair mod does NOT work in Halamshiral (ie, ‘cutscene-type’ setting), it DOES work while working through combat scenarios (Eluvian network, Deep Roads, &c). When a hair mod doesn’t work, NO mod for that base style will work. ‘Tis quite frustrating".
