Okay, yesterday I finished MELE 1 and today I imported my Infiltrator and started MELE 2. Once I was on the second Lazarus station I wanted to make some changes to the armour my Femshep was using. But for some weird reason the only thing I could choose between a small amount of helmets. But at the moment all other armour sliders… including "Type" does not allow me me to make a choice? The original ME2 allowed me to make changes, so why not MELE 2? Is there something wrong with my game, or did the development team make changes to the game. Some weapons/Armour where unlocked by an email in game, like the Arc Projector, but this is no longer the case it seems in MELE 2. Did I do something wrong, or is a bug of some kind? If it is not a bug, do I then have to find/buy the armours and weapons ( Some can be found during missions I know. ) in stores? Also "Casual appearance" works as intended as far as I can tell that is.

You start the game with the N7 Armor you have to buy and/or make some of the armor sets then re-buy them all over again in ME3LE.

You will either find the stuff eithe rat stoers through out the gam eo rat hte research station in th etech lab aboard Normandy. Yo udon' tautomatically start wit hthem any moer like you do in the originals. If you just stick to acquiring what you plan to use then it shouldn' t be too bad a sgenerally ther's more than enough resources to go round anyway.

I was afraid something was wrong with my game. Thank you for the explanation Cyberstrike and Sjsharp2010.

It's moer now that you have to chase down the items you want rather than them just being in your inventory from the start. Fo rexample if you'er looking for the Mattock assault rifle you will find it on Omega at the Batarian' s shop stuff lik that. It's still all there you just have t ofind byu or research it now before you can use it. I think Bioware just did it to make the games a bit more of a challenge give nnow you'e rnow stuck with only being able to start with only default weapons to use. Thankfully the early levels aren't that hard in the games so it's not that big a deal

You're welcome. Just a quick clarification because I was in hurry and I don't think I explained the DLC armor and weapons in ME2 and ME3 if you build the Blood Dragon Armor in ME2 for example and start ME3LE it will not be available on the ship you will have to buy it from a store on Citadel the same with N7 weapons and the various DLC guns and armors from various stores on the Citadel.
