Does the second game beaten on insanity need to be a different game, or can it be a replay of the same game? I unlocked Insanity I at launch. I got about halfway through 2 afterwards, but things came up with life and I put the game down until now; I was thinking about just starting over with 1 instead of just loading into my halfway save on 2. If I rebeat ME1 on insanity, will Insanity II pop? If it doesn't, then maybe I'll start 2 over instead of playing through 1 again.
