I have some time left on Gamepass and they just added the Legendary edition.
I had been doing a playthrough last year, which I ended up abandoning during ME 2 because I tried to jump up to Insanity and it made some timed side missions impossible.
I was thinking about retrying, but I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to import a non-legendary save into a legendary game (although that would solve the problem.) If it isn't possible, is there any way to replicate the choices etc without actually replaying the first game?

No tthat I'm aware of the only game I think tha tcan loda up classic game saves in the pack I think is ME3 as I've heard ME 3can though I've nevre tried it myself.

With MELE you basically restart your ME career from scratch. Achievements, import bonuses etc... are all back to square one.

With MELE you basically restart your ME career from scratch. Achievements import bonuses etc... are all back to square one. Yeah the LE casn only reall yread the files it creates. I fyou've done the achievements or acquired the bonuses before then you should easily be able to do it again on the LE.

I had a difficult time importing from the MET to MELE. It likely has to do with mods I used in the MET that aren't available in MELE. Too bad, since my Shepard Twins run is now impossible to see. Might have to revive them for MELE, at least so long as I can still do gender swap in ME1, since it's required for both of them to be seen.
