They have already stated for the record that the squadmates with the least amout of dialogue in Andromeda will have MORE dialogue than those with most dialogue in the trilogy. This makes me both curious and cautious. Do BioWare have more money for this game than preivious games or are they once more sacrificing huge aspects of the main story for more "filler" content of squadmate meandering?

More doesn't necessarily mean better. Right now most of the info being dumped sounds like it has been crafted by marketing drones. It could end up meaning dozens of more variations of "enemies everywhere" and "I will destroy you" repeated ad nauseam throughout the game. DAI has made me really wary of anything coming out of Bio's mouth's regarding MEA. I hope it narratively blows me away, but I'll believe it when I see it.

i'm not hoping for a blabber fest , i'm hoping for good missions, good factions, a challenging game , good interaction with team mates. But given they took out Ren/Par choices and gone DAI mood arrows instead, it commands more choices of dialogues but once you 've chosen one that's it , you won't hear more till your next run.

You're actually admitting right in the OP that you have no solid information about Bioware's budget's or spending on which to base your wild speculations about mismanagement. Budgets for most games have gone up in the last few years and the size of most games has also increased in that time. For one thing, they don't have to limit the size of the game to fit on the old generation consoles anymore. Bigger games need more dialogue overall. As for what the quality of that dialogue will be... we'll just have to wait to see, won't we? Moore then in any ME1-3? Strange, all I remember was a notion that we will get 20% (or something like that) more dialogs then in ME3 specifically, which was not the most "dialog heavy" game out of all three.

I imagine that this game has been in development for longer than Mass Effect 3 was, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was simply more content to it.
Of course this is also marketing speak, so there's always going to be an element of them twisting things to make the game seem as good as possible.

When asking for money for a video game they are not given one large pile of money to do whatever they want with, they give EA a breakdown of where they want to spend the money and since voice acting is very high budget I am pretty sure characters with a lot of dialogue has been part of the design from the start.
I find using the word mismanaging to be a very strong a misleading word to use for something like this. They have a direction for the video game and they are going in that direction, just because we might not want the content they are developing doesn't mean it is a bad thing, it just means the game might not be for everyone which is okay.

As far as I understand, OP was talking about companion dialogs here. And companion dialog wise ME3 was not the most rich game. I also can not forget same things said about DAI. Let's say dialogs were indeed much more animated but never felt like "more lines".

Also, remember how much they bragged about ME3's word count? What was it, 300,000 or so? Remember how much actual dialogue Shepard had? Conversations going on and on with no prompting or choices for the player? And when there were options, they were "Be sad" or "Be p*ssed". So yeah, taking every boast with a massive amount of salt. A major reason for why the game is bigger than earlier Mass Effect titles is technology. Technology advanced. Because the game will be made for consoles like PS4 instead of PS3 there are way more possibilities. The budget doesn't have to be that bigger, but you can do way more with the same dollar.
Now of course voice actors do cost money, but I don't think they get paid a lot.

I have never heard them mention the squadmate with the least dialog in Andromeda would have more dialogue than those with the most in the entire trilogy That would be an impressive feat if they could actually manage that. But I doubt it.

Is it because its getting close to N7 day or...?
I'd honestly wait till after N7 day before the panic that Andromeda is going to be this big disaster a lot of people are fearing (hoping?) it will be.
We'll probably get a sense of whether anything in Andromeda has been 'mismanaged' until after the info dump we'll get on N7 day.
