Reject hit points and weak spots

Notes:
CAT6 Atlas: the Gold/Platinum values are not a mistake by me. The canopy works like the standard Atlas canopy (double hits anywhere with piercing, triple hits on the small windows with piercing ammo). Plates break at 5% and do 7% damage. The exhaust is not a headshot area.
Adjutant: The top sack does 2% damage when it breaks. Multiple hits are possible when shooting from the front. The headshot modifier is 1.5.
CAT6 Heavy: The shield gives 60 points of DR.
Rampart Mech: The shell gives 95 points of DR.
