Some background: There's been debate about which extremely low-level Star Wars character has been omitted from Lego Star Wars. This raises the notion of the meme of the Star Wars character 'Glup Shitto' who is so obscure that only hardcore fans would know them. So who is Mass Effect's 'Glup Shitto'. Or at least the ME1 guy is different (different voice actor for sure) In my head canon it's the same guy all the way (possibly getting plastic surgery because some vendors would already have these do-not-let-in pictures of him behind the counter ).
