I got my PC back from repair... DoctorDAM Can you tell me what are those classes? almurat89 Is this only an issue with the engineering kit and omni-capacitors? What's the exact list of powers those things should be affecting so that I don't mess things up? I think it is not applying the bonus on incinerate regardless of class (engineering kit and omni-capacitor tech bonus ignored). Frag is only on the human soldiers and it does erroneously get the bonus applied. That's just two examples, don't know how many it applies to.
FWIW, here's my list of Tech and Combat Abilities, though I can't say either is absolutely 100% correct. And it is known that some tech abilities (ex: certain turret dmg) don't get bonuses. Probably just to best match original Kalence, unless truly known to be wrong there?
[edit: on second thought, the below might be misleading to what you are asking, but since I typed it all in, I'll leave it in I originally listed them based on general classification, which was as much based on which apply to Tech Medals, or Challenges, more than which have Eng Kit and Omni-cap bonuses]
Tech Abilities (as mentioned, some don't have tech bonuses applied): Combat Drone Cryo Blast Decoy Electric Slash Electrical Hammer Energy Drain Flamer Hex Shield Homing Grenade (some say , some say Combat. Kalence does apply tech dmg bonus) Incinerate Overload Sabotage Siege Pulse Snap Freeze Submission Net Tech Armor Detonation Geth Turret Sentry Turret Recon Mine (it doesn't give Tech Medals, but Kalence does apply tech dmg bonus)
Combat abilities: Arc Grenade (but tech dmg bonuses apply) Ballistic Blades Carnage Concussive Shot Frag Grenade Havoc Strike Hawk Missile Launcher Inferno Grenade Multi-Frag Grenade Nightshade Blades Phase Disruptor Proximity Mine Sticky Grenade

A couple of small corrections to weapons (all at X): Falcon's mag is 6, not 4. Valiant capacity is 40, not 39. More of an ambiguity/inconsistent terminology, so I don't really expect you to go through all the work to "correct": Bioware, Kalence, and the community at large are inconsistent in the communication of bonuses or multipliers. 20% added damage is called +20%. But 100% added damage is often called +200%. It is a 2x multiplier, so should be +100%. Base headshot damage is +150% (a 2.5x multiplier). The Reegar is listed as "+200% damage to shields" it is really x2 or +100%. Essentially, everything that is +1% to +100% is correct. I think most everything listed as >+100% should have 100% subtracted from it (Incinerate...) The actual damage #'s are fine as is (AFAIK)

I thought about this but I'm already seeing what a mess of obfuscated code I will have to go to to present something that makes sense. Anyway, I think I will man up and test the encumbrances on all classes...

+1 on the "Amazing work!" So, is it a universal rule that the weapon slot #1 priority is: AR > SG > SR > SMG > HP Or does it depend by class and/or kit? (from my limited testing of what you have in Kalence2, it appears to be universal)
I surely hope it's universal. Sooo, it turns out ... it is NOT.
I was re-running (note 1) the N&CS series mission "Hold the Line", Sal-Eng with Scorpion & Venom. And it took 3-4 shots to get through my thick skull that, "hey, that's the Scorpion, not the Venom!". Yes, it puts the HP>SG in this particular case (in my case Scorpion VI, Venom II).
(note 1): the exact same thought went through my mind the 2 OTHER times I ran this mission, LOL.

Another Q: I notice you have Disruptor Rounds doing 1x damage vs. armor. As does your "total summary of ammo" Reddit guide. Original Kalence has 0x, which was my understanding. Which is correct?
thx.

I checked all the characters but all recharge rates seemed to be correct. Tech gear tests still pending. Another Q: I notice you have Disruptor Rounds doing 1x damage vs. armor. Bump because it seems the old Kalence is offline.
