I was just given a friendly heads-up that after June 12, EA will be removing game extras from their servers such as wallpapers, soundtracks, and art books for a number of games, including (but not limited to): Anthem Dragon Age Origins Dragon Age 2 Dragon Age Inquisition Jade Empire Special Edition Mass Effect 2 Mass Effect 3 Mass Effect Andromeda Link for the full list: codelist.biz/2022/05/31/ea-announces-the-removal-of-digital-content-from-all-these-games/I don't know if they will be available elsewhere after that date, but I think it's a good idea to d/l them and save them off somewhere (if you haven't already). It looks like we had only part of the info this morning. Official EA link: ea.com/ea-pc-game-extras-change It affects the ability to d/l "game extras" for ALL of their games through **Origin/EA app** by June 13th. After that, (for EA games) you can d/l game extras directly from this link: ea.com/games/ea-downloadable-extrasThere is a help link for non-EA games: help.ea.com/en/contact-us/So it sounds like they're consolidating where you can get all the game extras. Or someone hit the panic button after the news got out.  |
