How would you react if modern pop music was included in the Mass Effect TV show?

"The Expanse" is my favorite modern sci fi show but what I like about "For All Mankind" is the way it uses popular music from the time periods the show takes place.

How would you react if they used 90s and early 2000s pop, rock, and hip hop music during the first season of the ME TV show because ME1 looks like something that could have been made in the 90s?

And maybe 2000s music for the seasons that cover ME2 and ME3.

Or would it break immersion?

It would be fun to see Joker having fun listening to 90s Grunge rock.
