Nice! I'm glad others remember the interaction between Casavir and Bishop. I personally liked Casavir and Atton out of those 2 romances. TBH Neverwinter Nights 2 is very underrated right now for its storyline. NWN2 and MOTB were 2 of the best stories I've ever had in RPGs and really knew how to develop romantic relationships or make you care about the characters. This was all continued with DA and ME series, but NWN2 really started it. I liked Casavir as well, though I went with Gann in the expansion
and yes, NWN2 is very underrated, I mean...it has an actual (extremely dark) evil ending (that is sadly reconnected in the expansion, but hey), not many rpg's have evil endings anymore these days, at least not BioWare ones. (For example, in Dragon Age you can't actually do extremely evil things like siding with the Archdemon)
NWN2 was my first rpg (at the time we got it free with a video card, my brother wasn't interested in it so he let me keep the copy), I'm currently replaying it and putting it on YouTube
I never actually finished KotOR, but I do have plans on doing that at one point...and I've loved Atton since the first time I tried KotOR 2, he's hilarious Yeah sadly NW2 MOTB doesn't really bring back any of the previous love interests and so I think everyone basically moved on to Gann or Safiya. Mass Effect was and I think is the only game that really gives players a rewarding experience being faithful to their previous relationships between all 3 games. Personally I think you will like Kotor 2, especially if they ever remaster it. But a lot of the mods make it nice and even now it is still very rewarding gameplay wise and storyline wise (the fan patches restore a lot of cut content too).

Casavir's fate is -I believe- revealed in Storm of Zehir but I've to admit that Gann is (at least imo.) a more interesting then Casavir...too bad they cut the Bishop and Neeshka romances (thankfully there's mods for that) so for my current playthrough I'm dubbing who to pick, my KC is Neutral/Lawful Good...though she does have her sarcastic moments
as for KotOR 2, I'm not really sure how far I got the first time around...I believe there was a part about Mira fighting that evil Wookie, but I don't recall where that was
Also that's why I like the Mass Effect trilogy because it let's you remain faithful to your chosen partner

Where’s the none of the above option, since I’m not a fan of any of the listed ones for a variety of reasons.

I just remember I killed One of Many . I think Elanee and Bishop both end up dying right? I have no idea why MOTB decided to kill off all the love interests from NWN2. Mira and Hanharr scene was pretty nice. There was a bug that allowed for infinite strength and darkside points for Hanharr back in the day, made him absolutely insane.

I have no idea why MOTB decided to kill off all the love interests from NWN2. Mira and Hanharr scene was pretty nice. There was a bug that allowed for infinite strength and darkside points for Hanharr back in the day, made him absolutely insane. In Storm of Zehir you find out Casavir had been dug from the ruins in the Mere by Luskan forces, brought to one of their cities and put in prison on accounts of murder, or something like that. I'm not sure if Elanee dies or if it's merely implied she died, according to the wikia it's left a bit ambiguous the only people who 100% die are Bishop (Wall of the Faithless and all that) and Grobnar (because he stubbornly tries to save the Construct ), everyone else either survives or their fate is left ambiguous by Ammon Jerro
But with the romance mod I have installed apparently it includes epilogues for the original romance options (plus the ones the mod adds) in MotB ...I doubt I'll be using that since my MC is spoken for by Gann...and seeing as Bishop isn't exactly a good match for my MC (pun intended, since my MC is Neutral/Lawful Good and Bishop is...well, Chaotic Evil)

Man, changing someone's sexual orientation without their consent is evil, gives me Christian gay conversion camp vibe. Don't do it, OK? But I like conversion therapy - when it's in my favor. If I get to bang Kaidan in ME1 then converted he is.
I figure, it can feel different because it evokes different narratives. When someone previously identified as gay or bi and now identifies as straight, the most common narratives for that are conversion therapy and repression, neither of which are a good thing. On the other hand, when someone previously identified as straight and now identifies as gay or bi, the most common narrative for that is self-discovery, which is very different.
Of course, on another level you're really just editing files, so how it feels is going to depend on things like immersion and how you see altering a pre-existing story.

Yes, it's just an edited file. Given that Kaidan will come on to a male Shepard in ME3 it's really not that far-fetched to have it happen in ME1. And the editing is minimal since Meers and Hale recorded exactly the same dialogue for both characters in ME1. It was only a matter of "unlocking" the potential romance rather than rewriting anything.

It was only a matter of "unlocking" the potential romance rather than rewriting anything. Cyberpunk voice actors recorded romance dialogue with all possible love interests for both V's, but the devs picked two options for each. You're just re-enabling the other option with the console. Modders have apparently expanded on it a little more, but I have no experience with either since I'm on PS4. On topic, I went with Geralt, since trying to have both ends in an amusing failure to get either.
