I just finished my first Renegade/space Hitler playthrough and at the end i'd an idea, what if the Stargazer and the Child at the end of ME3 are in one of the arks in MEA?, if so, could we talk with them in some point of the game?

He was affected by ME3's endings so no, not possible.
But I would say the same for the Arks so, yeah, they might retcon it and put them there. Anything in Andromeda is possible.

Of all the potential original trilogy characters to return or be referenced or pop up as a cameo, I'd highly prefer if it wasn't Starchild and Buzz Aldrin.

They're jumping through massive hoops to take us to Andromeda in an effort to leave ME3 far behind. There's no way we'll be seeing the Stargazer and the kid, a part of ME3 I hate more than the Catalyst, in the new game.
