I'm on Noveria right now.
I'm playing 100% Renegade and wounder if it is possible to give the package to Anoleis(which give you the card then), but go to Lorik Qui'in and do him the favor and go down the stairs and shoot everyone and then help Parasini with Anoleis and let them both kill each other?
If so, is it correct or am I using a glitch then due to that I do the both "get the card" missions? I don't want to use any gltiches or bugs.

Yes it is possible to give Opold's package to Anoleas, then also complete the mission for Lorik Quin. No it is not a glitch, the game is designed to let you do both missions and get two garage passes that way. I have done it many times. I suppose you could get three passes if you: 1. Give Opold's package to Anoleas 2. Do Lorik's quest (get his data) > talk to Gianna > trade the data to Quin for the pass (no persuasion) 3. Rat out Gianna to Anoleas > they shoot each other > you pick up the pass from the ground. I don't think I have ever done that. Maybe my next playthrough.

There should be an option to just shoot that puny female guard by the garage and go without getting that ridiculous pass. That would be the REAL renegade way to go about it.

It's not like Shepard should care about pissing off anyone from Noveria. Can't be worse than blowing up Binary Helix.

There should be an option to just shoot that puny female guard by the garage and go without getting that ridiculous pass. That would be the REAL renegade way to go about it. I guess while this wouldn't be a problem for Shepard and the squad (as they are leaving the port right afterwards anyway), there would probably be repercussions for the Normandy and her crew, who are left at the port.
But yeah, the fact that you have to jump through so many hoops to get that pass is a bit ridiculous anyway. When you arrive, they already acknowladge that they are accepting you Spectre authority. At that point, it should have been as simple as saying to Anoleis "give me a pass or I'll get the Citadel Council on your ass" and that should be that.
At least I can't remember a good in-game explanation as to why this wasn't an option.
