Looking back, are there any choices you regret?

1. I traded Danyla's scarf to the hermit in exchange for the acorn without realizing what I was doing.
2. I gave Oriana some money and sent her away in DA2.

I chose an archer rogue for my canon for Origins, not realizing that Bioware would restrict builds and equipment going forward. I additionally immortalized my choice in various digital art commissions. Don't get me wrong, I love my exiled dwarf princess using a longbow nearly twice her height, commanding the battlefield from the back line and debuffing the enemies. However, if I had known what was to come, I would have equipped her with a longsword and the Aeducan Family Shield, and focused on the rogue talent tree and specializations instead.

Even though nothing really happended i do regret letting Varric keep the red lyrium shard.

My first playthrough I encouraged the elf in Crestwood to join the Wardens. Never did that again.
