Started re-playing recently and noticed this, and I don't just mean "Why is Male-Hawke in general Buff".....I mean specifically Male Mage-Hawk is notably buffer than either Male Warrior-Hawke or Male Rogue-Hawke.
Seriously, his biceps are twice as big as the warrior-Hawke, maybe more.
Always realized he was buff but even compared to the other "Hawke's" he's a big dude.

You probably only notice Mage Hawke's physique since they're *generally* less covered by clothes and armor than the Rogue and Warrior ones. Not to mention the subconscious disconnect since most fantasy art doesn't usually depict buff mages. Unless you're playing World of Warcraft... |

Probably because using Staves in DAII and Inquisition actually requires swinging them around to cast spells, and being combat effective melee weapons at close range in II. If you've never hefted a combat-worthy quarterstaff before, they are almost if not more heavy than greatswords even.
