Aside from Mass Effect: Andromeda I'm pretty much only really looking forward to the standalone Gwent game. Might get For Honor if the reviews are out and it's good. Looking forward to Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but who knows when that is going to come out.
I still hope that The Division is going to patched and rebalanced, so it's enjoyable again. The trailer for the next expansion looked fun, but until the RNG is fixed and the loot system is reworked, I'm not really motivated to play again.

ME:A and Torment: Tides of Numenera. Cyberpunk to I guess but since we now next to nothing about that I don't really count it.

I'm going to EGX later this month. I'm hoping to try Horizon Zero Dawn, but at the moment, there aren't many games featured on the show floor I fancy, Rise of Iron will already be out, and Battlefield 1 has the beta imminent, not that it's something on my must have list, but I might give it a go, as I doubt I'll play the demo. I suppose I'm a bit restricted as I don't play on PC I'm a curnsulscurb Maybe this is a good chance to try some of the Indie games and try something a little different though

Cyberpunk Horizon Zero Dawn Dishonored 2
To be honest I don't really follow games in development. I tend to rely on Off-topic to keep me informed on any immediate releases.

Divinity OS 2 and Tides of Numenera are a must have. I am also looking forward to Cyberpunk but I also know that it's still faraway. Maybe I could also try The Dwarves if the reviews are positive.

Story was kinda good and then it just crumbles past level 30. Yeah, endgame is pretty meh to downright terrible. I like the gameplay itself and the setting and world has a really good potential, but what they've done with it is pretty questionable. I like playing support and when the skills are bugged half of the time playing isn't really fun. Plus it gets pretty repetitive after a while, since you have to farm certain missions for certain gear. I'm still kind of cautiously excited for the big overhaul update in October, hopefully they'll make it enjoyable again.

I still want it to be good. Hell, I bought the season pass but haven't played since just before Underground.

At least in the beginning. Since everything is randomized it isn't as monotone and the handicaps you can enable make it challenging again. But I don't really want to think about how often we wiped due to stupid bugs, so there's that.

I mentioned it in another thread, but Phoenix Point looks pretty awesome. www.phoenixpoint.infoEssentially post apocalyptic XCOM, with enemies that will change form and tactics depending on what you bring to bear on them. Plus it's being developed by the creator of the original XCOM.

ME: Andromeda, obviously
Dishonored 2
Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, normally not really interested in this type of games but it really seems interesting and looks so far really great.
Elex - which is a science fantasy game with magic, swords and goddamn mechs and jetpacks. It's so silly that it just sounds awesome.

Nioh. Beta was so much fun, consider me excited now that Miyazaki is done with these type of games and it being Feudal Japanese centric. I'll look forward to having to beat Onryoki again

Another game that I am definitely keeping an eye on is Long Gone Days. I never thought that in 2016 I would still be interested in a game made with RPG maker, but this one seems really outstanding.

Mafia III looks interesting. I've played the first and second. The stories are great, gameplay is fine, the first captures the atmosphere of that era. The second was good too but the protag's way of dropping out of WWII is lame; if anything, something should have been shown to show he didn't gel with his mates, hated the war and that's why he so readily accepted the offered punch out ticket. He also never questioned when he should have; it's like there's nothing in his head. Not sure if Mafia III protag will be the same.

There is a lot I'm looking forward to but there is the two that are coming out in November.
Pokemon: Sun and Moon are looking good. I like just about everything I've seen from the pokemon to the villain team. The setting just looks lovely. I'm happy see they're doing something different with this region since I like the idea of cultural differences and traditions between the various regions in the Pokemon universe. There has always been some but it looks like they're doing a bit more with it for this region. Also, character customization is back with more content which is always awesome to see.
Watch Dogs 2 is looking good too. I saw more gameplay and cutscene footage of it yesterday and I became even more excited for it especially since just about everything that made me decide not to buy the first game seems gone. The cast seem to be a very likable bunch with their own personalities and interactions that made them very endearing to me. I tend to not be terribly fond of these types of character especially people like Wrench but somehow, the characters are just the right balance and Wrench is even becoming the character I like the most. Their goal and general attitude also pertains to hacking especially cyber-activism so it really seems like the actual setting of the game is directly tied to the story this time around.
About why I was not interested in the first Watch Dogs:
There were a number of things that made the first Watch Dog game uninteresting to me as a purchase. The biggest and deciding factors were the main character whom I didn't find interesting and the plot which I didn't find interesting.
The plot was basically the story of a man who is obsessed with avenging the death of somebody and so dives into the criminal underworld to pursue the all-important person responsible all the while endangering his family. That's an all and well plot but not one I found to have much, if any, connection to the hacker setting. I could very easily see the story changing a few details and being set in some other time. Add in that I just did not find Aiden to be any interesting character and that I really didn't think Aiden seemed to have much depth or personality to his character.
I honestly thought T-Bone made more sense as the protagonist since his story and personal troubles was directly tied to hacking and things pertaining to it such as cyber-activism and how a hacker can have good intentions with their hack but not necessarily think the consequences of their hack through. He seemed more affected by the things that had happened in the past an was happening in the presence. He also seemed like there was depth to his character and I thought he had a very likable personality. When I was watching videos, I became way more invested in the story of the Bad Blood DLC and the relationship between T-Bone and Default than I did the entire story of the game itself and the relationship between Aiden and his family.
