Hello everyone! I wanted to create a Q&A thread to ask several questions and for anyone else to ask Bioware (former or present) several topics about the Lore of Mass Effect. This thread's purpose isn't so much as in terms of romance options for clarification as the lore I am interested to ask is Military, science, Population, worlds, soldier's training and so forth.
Q1: We know the System Alliance is founded by the big major nations on Earth but something that has always puzzled me is their melting pot of different military potential backgrounds is never brought up. So what sort of training do Alliance Marine's get that makes them so adaptable to their surroundings?
Q2: On Noveria Shepard can do espionage on Binary Helix about potential genetic modifications and we are given some insight into what people can get in Mass Effect in percentages. My question is however has to deal with the strength, stamina, and other percentages that typically people can get since we get a visual, blood clotting, and some other genetic percentages.
Q3: The System Alliance in both ME1 Renegade ending and form T.I.M's prospective in Ascension stated that the Council Fleets were devastated to the point it gave the Alliance vast power and influences. If only 5% of the Geth military and economy from the Codex about the Geth Heretics in ME2 was only used against the Alliance and the Council was the battle of the Citadel downplayed in how many ships the Council lost compared to what the System Alliance had?
Q4:We know the galaxy has trillions of lives but it never feels like there is when you read the planet codex entries so my question is would both the Asari, Turians, and Salarian's have populations in the single or double digit trillions seeing how they have had so long to populate, and colonize?
Q5:When talking about Gardian Lasers how many are on the SR2 since we know it does have them but are never used at all even in ME2 Suicide Mission?
Q6: Did Hammer only invade London or did they try to liberate Earth's *other areas* in Mass Effect 3?
Q7: If the Cerberus Soldiers in ME3 were created to be like Paul Grayson on the physical enhancement side why did they feel not powerful like Paul Grayson if it was stated "They made a army of Graysons"?
Q8: In regards to the math calculations going into the stats for ammo such things like the AP ammo in Mass Effect 3 state that it can go through 0.5m as a bases. What was you thoughts on how insane that level of penetration would implicate what that round could go through?
Q9: Who created Cyclonic Barriers?
Q10: When talking about Fleets we know before ME3 the Quarian's had the largest concentration of ships in the galaxy for a Fleet, but it was never stated they have the most ships in the galaxy. How many ships does the Council (Asari, Salarian's, Turian's, and Human's) command then if they are a stable space fairing nation that controls thousands of worlds all together?
Q11:This one is a 2 parter but in ME1-ME3 Commander Shepard gains abilities from their squad through experience and training methods. My Question is does Commander Shepard physically train with their squad, and does Shepard by acquiring biotic and tech abilities mean they have the potential to be all classes like Vanguard, and sentinel to name a few if Soldier Shepard can do biotic attacks?
