Please provide a screenshot when possible, as it is difficult to work off of written description; a visual will be easier for us to tackle the issue.
As far as mobile issues go, there are limitations in that ProBoards does not provide a template for modifiying the mobile version of the site.

This is the only single site I visit, where I'm getting this problem. With every single click/tap from one page to the other on this site (no difference if logged in or not), I get the "We value your privacy" box pop up.

It only has the top "accept" box visible, though you get the localisation and cookie settings options if you click on the other two butttons.

Please do something about that.

Bear - if you are only on mobile, there is probably nothing we can do about it. Unless things have changed very recently, our ability to tinker with the experience of people using the mobile version of the site is basically zero.
