We know from ME1 that Dr. Michel helped Tali with her injury after Sarens men attacked her.
If you recruit Dr. Michel in ME3. Is there any conversation between Tali and Dr. Michel?
In ME3, Tali mentioned to Shepard that she was shot with a Polonium bullet but i never saw any interactions between Tali and Dr. Michel in ME3

If I recall, I do not think you overhear any conversation (over comms) between Dr. Michel and Tali.
I know Chakwas has a comment like "It's good to have Tali back. I made sure we are well stocked with dextro-based <whatever>." or something like that, but I do not recall if Dr. Michel has any similar such comments.
It has been a while since I recruited Dr. Michel in my playthroughs. Sorry that I could not be of more help.
