What’s everybody’s opinion on the huntress who prioritized getting intel on the Kett over saving her Pathfinder?
On the one hand, I’ve made similar decisions in RPGs before, and Matriarch Ishara comes across as a bit naive in attempting to negotiate with actively hostile aliens.
On the other hand, she was Ishara’s bodyguard.
Do you tell the Captain but leave her as Pathfinder? Not tell the Captain and get Blackmail on her? Or relieve her of her position?

Without the scourge data stolen from the Kett, the Leusinia probably wouldn't have survived for how long it did. The ark would have been destroyed by entering a scourge cloud or have been too slow to navigate around the scourge tendrils so that Kett forces could have taken over the ship long before Ryder and team arrive.
So imo taking that data was right, and it was more important than their active Pathfinder. So i most often keep Sarissa as Pathfinder, but tell everyone what she did. Most of my Ryders believe in owning your mistakes and actions, and expects the same from others - Especially those in positions of power.

I'm the same way, morale and trust are already super fragile following the Nexus uprising that it's best to move forward with brutal honesty and give people the chance at redemption. I also felt that Vederia lacked the experience to be a Pathfinder. Keeping Sarissa would mean she carries a chip on her shoulder and new motivation to 'right her wrongs' Those are my RP reasons anyway.

I have made different decisions in various playthroughs. My first playthrough is typically my personal 'canon' playthrough, and I personally like telling everyone what Sarissa did, but also keeping her on as pathfinder.
My opinion: I do not know if Sarissa made the right or wrong moral decision, but I think she made the correct tactical decision. Regardless, I think she deserves a second chance, the same second chance that Ryder may need at some point in the future. Ryder is trying to set an example for future pathfinders and the Initiative/Nexus: own your decisions/mistakes and make them known, but also provide a path for forgiveness and second chances.

IIRC it wasn't certain that the data she stole would help them? That was my thinking on a playthrough when I didn't choose her as pathfinder. Because I thought she had no way of knowing what use that data would be and it was a huge risk. But I fear this is just another example of poor writing because overall it just doesn't make sense (like how would she know the Kett have that kind of data, how would she know where to find it and how to extract it and then interpret it etc), people are doing risky stupid things and you can't base your decisions on anything rational.

Whatever tactical value that data had, it was also the reason that the Leusinia had to keep escaping the kett. If not for that, the Leusina probably could have made it to the Nexus on its own, same as the Hyperion. If the Hyperion hadn't made it, Sarissa's actions could have doomed the entire Andromeda Initiative. She doesn't get to just walk away from a screw-up on that level.

I definitely relieved her, especially after learning Sarissa intentionally left Matriarch Ishara to die and concealed what she did.

She stays as the asari Pathfinder, but Ryder tells the asari the truth about her actions.
