Squad Elite Points stopped rolling over and at 112% complete. Would be nice to get this fixed.

Or there a mod to fix this sort of stuff by now?

Both my the tech and biotic challenge points often go to 113% as in I have to do about 3 extra challenges from what I should have to do.
