So, i have had mouse AIDS for a long time now. I havent tried much up to recently, but it s stupid to play with that.
I have 2 LG G300 who seem to work normally everywhere else except in ME3. In ME3MP, come W3 ou W2, it looses its positioning, either fast moving to the sky or the bottom or just jumping around like hell around where i want to shoot. As i m pretty used to play whatever FuckedUp madness the game throws at me, I keep going ... If i unplug and replug, i have a few seconds of normal function. THe other off thing is that my sensitivity buttons dont work anymore anywhere.
So i tried to change pilots, installed LG gaming soft (what a pita, cant u just give pilots LG !!??), nothing seems to do any difference.
I dont know where to look now, i sure should try another mouse model, but i havent one  . Looks like windows as taken control of the mouse and dislike talking with ME3.
Also i have had many USB trouble with extern HDdisc disconnecting from the laptop, so maybe i have a physical USB port problem, but i dont think it would look like that in game.
I ll try a couple mouse training flash game to see if it happens there too, but pretty sure it s ME related

mouse training in firefox was ok.
I deactivated a windows mouse pointer option to "enhance mouse precision". seems a bit better in game, but still erratic, and sensitivity buttons are still not working

Disable enhanced pointer precision
Open ME3 coalesced and control F search for all instances of “mouse”
Turn off smoothing and acceleration this way. Make your X and Y axis scaling equal values here too. 250 and -250 I think.
Lower DPI until windows feels good. Decrease in-game sensitivity until that feels good.
Thats what I do and it basically feels like enabling raw input as a setting in some other games. If this doesn’t help then I’m not sure what’s going on.

Thanks a lot for the ideas, i have turned off smoothing and changed what looked like Y up scale here from -175 to -250:
Feels like i m moving the pointer slower up and down now, but feels good.
I had fare less trouble so i m on the right track up to w5-6 but still some erratic stuff at time.
I wonder what has changed , i guess ways windows talks with the game.
I still have ME3 mouse dampening on cause i like it for the game (i spent months without it to try to get better at it around 2013 and just went back to use it)
i ll try few other coalesced, maybe i fucked my normal one up. Or maybe i should repair the game, but i m not sure what other things i messed up with in coalesced. At least the key binding for the talon eng.
EDIT: what do you mean by 6/11 in windows ?

I suspect you already have 6/11 in windows, but it refers to the sensitivity notch you have selected in your windows mouse settings. Just make sure it’s right on the middle notch, aka the 6th one.
Also sorry I misread what was going on with your mouse aids. Not totally sure what the issue could be but someone else mentioned you could try messing with your mouse’s polling rate - a setting within your mouse’s software. Could try setting your max-pre-rendered frames to 1 in NVIDA control panel. Could try forcing v-sync on or off here too. Not sure how to do those things if you have AMD or other GPU….

I was more like 8/11 in windows,but went to 6/11.
It s too slow for the touchpad though.
I tried with or without vsync already, I tried other coalesced files too.
I clearly have less trouble, but still, mouse response is erratic at times especially when there's a lot of pressure. I guess it s when I need fast movement.
I ll make a vid next time
