Mass Effect trilogy official wallpaper (AI upscaled)

Hi folks, recently acquired some AI software for image enhancement (Topaz Gigapixel AI). In the old, old days I downloaded all of the official Mass Effect wallpaper that didn't give an error. Ran it through the AI enhancer to increase its resolution by x4, and figured I'd share the results here. 

THIS IS NOT FAN ART. These are images that were available for free from BioWare at the time of the games' & DLC's release. (Yes, I'm old. Yes, I hoard digital media.)
I'm making this post in the interest of digital preservation, not of spamming fan art. 

The first set is the Mass Effect 2 collection. (Why Mass Effect 2? b/c it's my favorite of the three.) There are 28 wallpapers in total. Here's the gallery link:
