Have had a problem the past few weeks where I and a few that I regularly play with can't connect to each others games.
After attempting to join a lobby, it will nearly immediately give a dialogue box saying something like "Unable to join friend's game." But each of the people I regularly play with have this issue too, and it doesn't matter who tries to make the lobby.
But if using a workaround by setting some obscure lobby settings and finding it via public matchmaking, we can all connect to the lobby.
Tried it with both the EA App and Origin with patched dll, doesn't seem to make a difference.
In the past I would intermittently have problems connecting to maybe one person's lobbies, but instead of a message it would just sit in the connecting screen forever.
Anybody else getting this?

This is apparently a thing lately. I've seen a few reports of this lately on answers.ea, like this one. I can't attest either way as I'm currently on (yet another) alt account without friends. I created it a long way back when on a $0.99 EA Play Pass promo. Which for some reason now let's me play it without EA Play! The one beneficial bug I've found in EA (Cr)App? |

Since 2 weeks at least the joining via the search is working.

Didn't count them. eng59land I maxed without any credit hack. Another two I maxed with giving me enough credits to buy the packs needed. With these three I did the BOB Challange. With the lastest alt I want to know, how long it will take to max the manifest if someone is patient enough to buy Recruit packs first, then the Veteran ones and so on. And I tried to start with platinum as soon as possible. Today's game? Football will come home on Sunday!

From your last statement, i.e. Football = American, I'm guessing I was wrong.
My general pack buying process: Recruits till the 5 basic common weapon mods (i.e., the one for each weapon) are maxed
Vet packs till the rest of the common weapon mods (plus SR barrel) are maxed SP's till at leat Capacity Upgrades are maxed. But maybe till Weapon Mods are maxed (SP has much higher drop/credit than Premium packs). Then PSP/AP/RP depending whether I want Rare characters or weapons. Eventually just AP's as characters are maxed and rather have consumables than XP cards.
But if you are going for fastest to maxed manifest, skip the SP's (as you no doubt know). If you can go Plat early, then you are good enough that you don't need the weapon mods maxed early. Recruit and Vet packs are so cheap it won't slow you down much at all.
But you presumably know that. And this whole post is probably TMI

But you presumably know that. And this whole post is probably TMI Yes, I didn't mean the American Football but the Lionesses. Yes, Recruits I did till common weapons were maxed. VP I did till uncommon weapons were maxed and I get consumables within the fifth slot (uncommon mods weren't maxed at that time). Then I did SP till I didn't get 2 Goldcards(sometimes even 1 rare and 1 ultra-rare) in every second or third SP. At that time I changed to AP (I had all all Mods maxed) to max the Rare weapons (about 20 Slots were left = 10 APs). Then about 15 RPs to have all colours of all characters and the long way of real patience has begun and RNG will do his/her job...
