Well, Ryder will probably be in their twenties so I'm guessing he will be in his forties or fifties.

I agree with Hanako. You heard that voice, and you've seen the grown children. That's a veteran with some years on him.

I'd say 60, considering that, according to Shepard "humans are lucky if they live up to 150", 60 years is not that old in ME universe, it would be the equivalent of a 45 year old dad.

I think he is 69. Yes I just used a played out joke, and I have no shame about it. Yeah, but ya know, for such an old guy, he can hoof it across a battlefield pretty darn fast.
Some would say ...
Lickety-split.
I also hear he's very good at alien languages ... foreign tongues as it were ...
MaRyder used to say he was quite the cunning linguist.
All valuable traits when exploring new galaxies and mating meeting with new people.

Bonus points for including lore in your reasoning. It's included far too infrequently these days, even by the writers.

Since the PCs appear to be in their mid to late twenties, fifties to sixties, maybe seventies given humanity's extended lifespan and changing social moors, is a safe bet.

There was a passage in the Ascension novel where Kahlee mentions that medical science now allows women to wait longer to have children (I don't remember exactly how old she is, but I think it's like 40 at the time and says she still has like 10 years or more). So assuming Ryder's mother and father were of similar ages, they could be pretty old with 20-something children.

Well, I'm 23 and my Dad is nearing 60, not planning to retire anytime soon, and he's also in kickass shape thanks to a vigorous daily workout routine and a personal trainer. So it's pretty possible even now, that's not even taking into account Mass Effect medical technology. Besides, maybe dad Ryder was pulled out of retirement for the Andromeda mission.

Don't forget about timeline! He's an N7.
Somehow I doubt that elder and senior officers had entered the N7 training program. Anderson, one of the first (if not The First) N7s, was just 46 in 2183.
It seems the exact age of Jon Grissom had never been mentioned, but he would be that 'pre-first-contact elder generation', I assume it's ~65 (by 2183, since Kahlee is 44 at that point).

Is Anderson seriously that young? Damn. Intellectually, I know many of these dates and facts; but it's easy to lose sight of them during the course of dozens of playthroughs. I think they do a terrible job of bringing these characters' ages to life on screen. I'm in my late 30s, now, and I look way younger than nearly all of the humans in the trilogy who are supposed to be in their early 30s. I always thought Sheploo, in particular, looked very much older than his age. Now, I can include Anderson in that category. Tangent: I am reminded of "AC: Syndicate". In the (crappy) DLC for that (crappy) game, the characters are aged from their 20s to their 40s. The male protagonist looks great, very convincing. The female protagonist, who takes 99% of the spotlight, looks 65 years old. It's horrifically jarring.
