We have those moments in games, intentionally designed so or not, that are just plain amusing or hilarious. Maybe these are caused by glitches, maybe these are per intentional design or maybe they're accidental but I thought it could be fun to share them and I couldn't find an existing thread about it. They also simply be about something you find fun to do in games.
In Saint Row 1, the NPCs seem programmed to dodge oncoming vehicles driven by the player but their dodge mechanic is a bit... wonky.
See, when a vehicle is close to them, NPCs tend to throw themselves to one side to leap out of the way of the oncoming vehicle which sounds like logical behavior but the thing is, they don’t always leap to the logical side meaning that they’ll quite often leap into or even onto an oncoming vehicle which cause you to get blamed for their injuries or potential death.
I sometimes like to drive calmly to take in the scenes and listen to the radio station that plays classical music. I remember driving slowly down a street because of heavy traffic when an NPC on the sidewalk freaked and threw them into my car's hood which meant I now had the police on my ass. This also once happened while I was in my car and sitting completely still.
It was like the game was intentionally trying to make me want to murder the pedestrians.
In Saint Row 2, I always change my clothes immediatley out of prison but that requires money and while beating up newspaper boxes with my bare hands is hilarious, it dosen't lend itself to much cash so I've developed the habit of mugging pimps. For those that don't know, pimps in Saint Row look like the wide brimmed hat, fur-coat with zebra-pattern and jewelry version. A fun thing about them is that pimps tend to come to each other's assistance if you start something with one and there are others nearby.
This can result in some rather hilarious imagery as the fight escalates and there's suddenly a massing chaos in bright neon colors.

Saint's Row 4: Running around naked, because I felt like it.
GTAV: Robbing the same store over and over with different masks because I felt like it. Also, killing prostitutes because I felt like it.

A friend of mine and I played a lot of point-and-click adventure games in the late '90s with varying degrees of success, and sometimes kept going with bad and/or weird ones just for entertainment value. Some highlights:
There was an X-Files game that was decent overall but had one real WTF moment. In a nutshell, Mulder and Scully have disappeared, and you're playing an FBI agent trying to track them down. You get to a point where you've found a hospital where Scully is a patient and have to convince a nurse to let you talk to her, and I gave what seemed like a fairly benign answer to one of the nurse's questions about what I was doing there. The nurse backs away, suddenly apprehensive about your presence, and says, "Yes...yes okay...we just have some...forms for you to fill out." Then she pulls out a gym whistle and blows it at the top of her lungs. Cut to a scene back at FBI headquarters where your boss is firing you for some reason, and...game over!
Frankenstein was a game where you're the monster and you're wandering around the castle trying to solve puzzles, talk to other characters, and generally do adventure game stuff while avoiding pissing off Dr. Frankenstein, played by Tim Curry of "Rocky Horror" and "Clue" fame, too much. I don't remember how to trigger it, but I've seen video online of a scene where you walk into his lab, and he suddenly emerges from under a table somewhere to marvel at his success in creating life, then exclaims, "Modesty be damned, I am a genius!"
Starship Titanic was basically an interactive tour through Douglas Adams's sense of humor on a lost spaceship. Two of the best characters were the parrot, who would interrupt shipwide announcements to say things like, "Shut up! There's enough noise around here with me squawking all the time! SQUAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWK!" and the talking self-destruct bomb, voiced by either John Cleese or someone doing a great John Cleese impression. It was ridiculously easy to arm the bomb and ridiculously difficult to guess the deactivation code, but fortunately it counted out loud from 999 veeeeeeeeery slowly, and could be reset simply by touching it. This would prompt a response of, "Don't touch me, I don't like that! ... Now, where was I? Oh well, best start over: 999...998...997...." (You could not, in fact, blow up the ship - we tried once, and the bomb just started yelling at us about how it didn't really want to blow up and would we please type in the deactivation code, then started over again from 999.)

Alpha Protocol, if you spare Brayko after your fight, there will occasionally be a news report on it: ...authorities say that he will be charged as soon as he is well enough to be discharged. Mr. Brayko had no statement for the press, but while he was being loaded into the ambulance, he was heard to remark that the party responsible for the attack "an expletive American commando cowboy like the expletive offspring of Ronald Reagan and an expletive American Ninja." ... a source within the hospital stated, that, quote, "The man had enough cocaine in him to make a baleen whale see Jesus." Pretty accurate Also, pretty much anything Steven Heck says or does...

Also, Skyrim: Helped the guards of Riverwood fight off a dragon. As I'm devouring the dragon's soul, one of the guards walks by and says: "You know, I've been thinking. Maybe I'm the Dragonborn and don't know it yet"

Maybe I'm the Dragonborn and don't know it yet" I've discovered that Marcurio is a far more effective Dragonborn than I could ever be so while he's outside fighting dragons with good cheer and fireballs, I'm in the local tavern having a drink and listening to some music until he's done and the bodies can be looted. In the woods, I go gather herbs, berries and whatnot so I don't get in his way.
I'm easily distracted and hilariously incompetent but I consider my willingness to acknowledge these flaws and compensate accordingly with cheap tavern mages to make up for my shortcomings.

One time I was playing some kind of weird mod or joke level on a driving simulator, and I knocked a gigantic Tyrannosaurus Rex over by crashing into its foot.

DAO story time: my warden and alister were in prison, so my warden freed both of them by unlocking the prison door, kicking the guard in the nuts, steal the keys for the purity of it. then sneakily escape with guard gear. and none was the wiser.
Another DAO story, Sten, my warden, Zervan and Oghren steamrolled the Deeproads completely and it was great.
Mass Effect 3 MP, well every time, I get the Killing fields by baiting the Cannibals then kill a mess of them while they are eating.

I don't remember that scene...mostly I remember an exploding office (or hotel room?), and a creepy lab in Alaska.

Technically the game isn't out yet, but in Torment, Tides of Numenera, if you act particularly foolishly at the very beginning:
