In past game, we will have special dialogue/action to flirt,do something to NPC and S/he will become your lover. Then they will have some unique dialogue/scene together. I just think it will be good if we have option like this apply to Friendship too.

It will be good if I can have someone as best friend (official) to share some quality moment/dialogue, Fight together not just as lover.

And I think everyone have someone in previous game that you like them very much but game not allow you to flirt and together (Alistair/Carth/Cullen/Traynor for male PC or Morrigan/Tali/Miranda for Female PC). IF MEA have Best friend option atleast we can be "something" with them.

So... what you guy think?

Personally I hope there is more of a natural feel to it than what Mass Effect did.

I romanced Tali(obviously because the superior choice of Kasumi wasn't available) and the whole thing basically went: Flirt with her twice and then she throws herself at me in my cabin before the suicide mission. To its credit, I do think DA:I was better at this than Mass Effect so I suspect they'll bring that into ME:A.

The whole space bro thing you have going on with Garrus feels a lot better, if a bit cliche at times.

I don't think there should be an official best friend per se. they should develop on existing ability to have a purely business relationship with individual squaddies or a more informal one via dialogues. No need for some pick which one is your best buddy imo. Despite the fact I liked garrus i don't think they should try and replicate Garrus forced bro approach either.

I definitely want deepening the romance dialogue post consumption.

I think it's an interesting idea and doable depending on how it was implemented. It would be intriguing if you could only learn certain things about an individual if you were BFF status--kind of like how Leliana tells her LI in DAO one story that she tells no one else (but without the LI status of course). That would definitely give people incentives for different playthroughs, and it also happens in real life, so it "being organic" shouldn't be an issue.

I'm just hoping for every companion to have enough options where any one of them can feel like a best friend. I'd rather not have a designated bro, regardless of how much I liked Garrus and Varric. I think Inquisition was a step in the right direction in this respect.

There was no reason for that. In ME1, I can tell the asari I'll throw her in the volcano, but then in ME2, I get a what-the-crap hug. Yeah I know. It can be avoided. Just don't visit her on Illium and miss out on recruiting Thane and Samara.

I like for Ryder, at least my Ryder, to decide who he/she wants for a best buddy or not. The best buddy doesn't have to be a squadmate. It can be a crewmember.

i know, right!? i remember first playing through the game and saying goodbye to everyone, then i get hit with that. there were plenty of other characters that my shepard felt closer too that i wish had a goodbye like that. i usually just avoid talking to him ~~or kill him in the SM because i'm evil~~ :whistle:
