What I also liked is this: Each faction has unique casual wear, which is worn in specific cutscenes when the character isn't donning armor, and three unique traits. The Lords of Fortune, for example, gain additional reputation with this particular faction, have increased damage versus mercenaries, and perform takedowns on enemies with slightly less effort. Veilguard game director Corinne Busche says this faction selection, which ties into your character's backstory, determines who your Rook was before, how they met Varric, why they travel with Varric instead of their faction, and more.
I was thinking about that only today. It is cool to think that your casual wear will actually differ according to your faction.

That's probably how we'll be seeing the vast majority of the characters in Tevinter Nights and the other short stories.
Evka and Antoine stand out as examples for the Wardens, as do Andarateia and Viago for the Crows.

Mourn Watch: New Character Lord of Fortune: New Character They could both be people who have already featured in Tevinter Nights. Mourn Watch: Myrna - she seemed to get on particularly well with Emmrich; or Audric - a different sort of undead helper. Lords of Fortune: Bharv or Mateo (outside chance it could be Isabella) - It didn't strike me they had a leader/face of the organisation as such.

By the way i think that we hear 3 of those agents / faces in the Thedas Calls teaser plus Elgar'nan at the end.
Antivian crows: Caterina (but the female voice doesn´t sound that old maybe someone else) Lord of Fortune: Male voice could be anyone Grey Wardens: First Warden

Because I assume that Rook will be more likely to involve themselves with regular members first and foremost before any leadership figures, due to the likely nature of their operations and position (especially in contrast to someone like, say, the Inquisitor).
Even then, in some cases, these characters can also be the leaders. Teia and Viago? They're Talons, just like Caterina, so they're part of the Crows' leadership as well.

This face of the organisation could relate to the training for your specialism. Each one is tied to a faction. So, either you would have to ask the relevant companion or perhaps go to the face of the organisation and ask for them to set up the training for you:
Spell Blade = Crows Evoker = Shadow Dragons Death Caller = Mourn Watch
Champion = Grey Wardens Reaper = Mourn Watch Slayer = Lords of Fortune
Duelist = Crows Saboteur = Lords of Fortune Veil Ranger = Veil Jumpers
This is what has been suggested to me. Otherwise it would mean you could only be the specialism if you belonged to that faction, which would be very limiting.

So the three bonuses per faction seem to be related to reputation, which probably affects the level of support you gain from the faction, extra damage to certain enemy types, usefulness depending on how common certain enemies are and a special gameplay feature that any class can use.

You make good points for your view but i personal don´t believe in it because i doubt that besides the actual leaders and the companions there could be room for a third NPC group because of budget.

Antivian crows: Caterina (but the female voice doesn´t sound that old maybe someone) It sounded old enough to be Caterina for me. She definitely didn't sound like Teia does in my head (too old). Lord of Fortune: Male voice could be anyone Could be either of the two I suggested though. Possibly Bharv since he is a dwarf and the voice is sort of hoarse and gravelly (I'm leaning into stereotypes I know)

"By 9:44-9:45 Dragon, Caterina is described as well in her seventies with silver-white hair." Sorry this voice actress sounds too young to be Caterina. This one of the other hand could be possible. Yeah i could see a dwarf with that voice.
By the way what about the Archon Radonis and the Quanari Antaam (Sten/ Arishok) are those also (minor) factions?

"By 9:44-9:45 Dragon, Caterina is described as well in her seventies with silver-white hair." Without revealing too much personal information, I'm fairly advanced in years but I don't sound as old as the person in that clip. She also had the gravitas to be Caterina. By the way what about the Archon Radonis and the Quanari Antaam (Sten/ Arishok) are those also (minor) factions? There has been no mention of either the Magisterium or the Qun/Antaam in the latest material or in the 2023 promo trailer for that matter. The Antaam were definitely presenting as the enemy in both Tevinter Nights and the short story set in Treviso, so it is more likely we will be asked to assist against them. If the Qun are involved at all then our contact is likely to be Gatt because in Tevinter Nights he was in contact with Varric. As for Archon Radonis, I wonder what is up with the Tevinter leadership. They were very ineffectual against the Antaam on the east side of Tevinter. Back in 9:11 Dragon the Qun tried a surprise attack and it never got beyond Qarinus (Ventus). The Sicarri have been watching the Qun for years and yet not only were they totally caught out by the attack on Ventus but the Antaam seemed to sweep down the eastern seaboard virtually unopposed. I'm guessing that is why we're working with the Shadow Dragons because the Magisterium are in a complete shambles. I suppose Radonis could be the Viper but I doubt it.

Yeah I thin kRook woul dmos tlikely only dea lwit hpeopl ein th espotlight lik ethe Inquisito rfo rexampl ebecaus ethe yhav eto no tbecause the ywant to. Besides I think the Inquisitor a tthe poin o fthe games start is likely already on board because we are startin th egam eworkin gwit hbot hVarric and Harding in th e game already who we know are 2 o fthe Inquisitor's most trusted agents especially Varric given they fought side by side with the Inquisitor throughout the war as one o ftheir companions.

Lord of Fortune, either Isabela or one of the Lord of Fortune in Tevinter Nights, or all of these.
Shadow Dragon leader is called the Viper (could be Calpernia, they told me in 2017 she was going to come back!!!).

I was also thinking Calpernia and Caterina... Zevran could also be back, although I don't know if in this role, necessarily. Same with Fenris (I could see him fighting slavers in Tevinter - the mysterious SD leader) and Isabela. Dorian, Myrna, Sidony... who else?
We may also get some cameos via our Specialization trainers, a la Inquisition.

There was an epilogue slide in Origins where he took the Crows over, so perhaps we could still see that come to pass in certain world states ... Speaking of trainers, Viuus Anaxas seems like another candidate for Mourn Watch representative. Or maybe we'll actually meet Cassandra's uncle!
