According to a MrMattyPlays interview with Corinne Busche mentioned on gamesradar there will be no story DLC (though she also said "never say never") because something like Trespasser should be part of the main game. "We really wanted to make it the most complete out-of-the-box package we possibly could, from a player experience, the narrative, and everything else," she continues. "That's entirely our focus right now." You never know, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I bet the "never say never" is if it sells well.

Beyond just fixing bugs and stuff; essentially expansions/dlc whatever you want to call it. If there is no expansions will it reduce your number of playthroughs(assuming the game is good)? They haven't offically said no, but they're working on making it as polished as it can be right now from the Q/A. I think the audio drama is a good sign for expansions to come later. Though the whole voice acting strike could put an issue on expansions. Also, bit of a side note question: have they said if this is supposed to be a conclusion of the saga or anything like that? Like the end of Solas's story or whatever? If the story of the base game is good then it doesn't really need any expansions or DLC, now I wouldn't say no to it. Now of days me, but it's not needed to make me love the game. Games like Baldur's Gate III and The Last of Us Part II didn't have any story-based expansion or DLC and IMHO they're better games because of it and honestly, I'm getting sick of season passes, microtransactions, lootboxes, and being nickel and dimed by gaming companies.

Assuming the main game story wraps up nicely, I’d rather they just head straight into DA5. I don’t have it in me to wait another 10 years for a sequel.

Bg3 added evil endings/mod support to consoles and The Last of Us added a wave based combat thing. They added at least something post launch.

It depends on how the game concludes or is structured of course, but as someone else said it gives it a different vibe knowing that more chapters are about to come, when it comes to replayability. For example Jaws of Hakkon looks pretty meaningless playing through DAI 10 years later, but back when you had your fully maxed out party and nowhere else to go, just a new map and some nice quests that elaborate possibly one of the least impactful aspects of the lore, was still such a breath of fresh air when it released.
Traditionally, the DLC has been where the creative team really got to f***k around right and proper, and taking much more risks, knowing only fans of the base game are gonna pay extra for more. So that's possibly even my biggest reason to trust BW when it comes to DLC. They've always delivered (on the major ones) before.
Personally I'd rather pay money for another slice of something I know I'm gonna love than a whole new game I might not - to me, it's silly entertainment, not comparing prices for firewood.
