I have a unused me3 key and want to setup an alt account on pc, because reasons. mostly boredom. I made a new EA account to go with the new license of me3.
I still end up with my main multiplayer account active ingame.
do i need to do this under a different win11 user account?
do i need to install a whole separate copy of the game in a different location? i am hoping not...
well, people are still playing, so here is hoping the boards here are still helpful.

If i swap the save game folder it does load the new account in MP. is this the accepted system?

Hi and welcome! As I am running about 10 alt accounts I only can tell you the way I did it: First I created a new EA account and I logged in. Then I loaded up the key in the library. That's it (or should be). Good luck!

Just checking in on N7 Day to see what's what. So I'm way late and you probably have figured it out. If not ...
I've got alts. And agree with what Eng59land wrote, plus:
On the EA App, you need so sign out of your (original) account. It should then go back to a log-in screen. Login with your new account. It will probably ask for an email authentification. Then you should be good to go. From then on, if you want to switch to the other account, just sign-out and sign-in on the account you want to play on again.
You do NOT need separate installs, etc.
