Seeing as I suggested this thread in the first place, I'll get started.
For my Nightmare Run, I've been using Lucanis with a Bleed build. The essential equipment is the God's Foil, the Corvid Cloak, and the Fine Oil and Whetstone. The Crowkeeper is useful but not required. The God's Foil is enchanted to cause Bleeding on Attack My Target, and the Corvid Cloak is enchanted to reduce cooldowns on every detonation.
Eviscerate is specced with the Demonic Daggers upgrade. When combined with the equipment listed above, every Overwhelm Detonation will cause a guaranteed three stacks of both Bleeding and Necrosis, and Rook and Lucanis will be able to put them out very fast. The Damage Over Time and the extra damage per stack from the Fine Oil and Whetstone can really add up.

I'm currently playing a Warrior and switch Emmrich's abilities around depending on who else is in the party - Final Rites if we're out with one of the Rogues to set Sundered, Entangling Spirits if we've got Taash or Davrin. But I never sleep on The Bell Tolls. Quietus make enemies take more damage from Lucanis (my other usual companion) and also builds Rage for my Rook.
