This post - bsn.boards.net/post/1675025/threadMade me think - I'll have to double-check, but think I got the same number. Also - what was the rarest achievement you got? Not at home with my gaming PC, so can't check personally - but will update. It does back up what Mortismal Gaming said in his review "After 100%". Most of the achievements pop just by going through the story, and he thought most people who cared to 100% it would take three playthroughs to achieve that (I guess some of them are mutually exclusive?) |

You'd technically only need one playthrough to get all trophies. I was short one trophy for the Platinum trophy, as I had missed the Flower quest in the Hossberg Wetlands  It was honestly one of the most easy Platinum trophies ever 
Edit: Or are achievements/trophies different for PS5 and PC??

50 out of 52. Missing achievements were the very secret one because I didn't look too closely after one fight and the Lords of Fortune because Isabela is a meanie. Do have the secret one primed on the first completed save but the Lords of Fortune refuses to pop for me on that save.  Hopefully the game will deign to give it to me one day. Rarest was finding hope in the aftermath according to Steam, which had 4.4% completion rate. But getting it was just unplanned dumb luck. |

I think I was at forty-seven after my first run? I'm at fifty now after my second. I still haven't bothered doing all the puzzles for the secret post-credits scene and I haven't found all the flowers in the Hossberg Wetlands. I know I'm going to play this game at least six more times, I don't need to rush.
Achievements I got on my second run: settling things peacefully with the Mythal fragment. Jumping off the balcony in the Lighthouse. Uncovering every single Evanuris altar. |

Interesting - I was sure he'd said it took him two playthroughs (getting 100% on these games is literally his job), but that it required him to do some save-scumming... I couldn't say about different platforms having different trophies/achievements, sorry.

Interesting - I was sure he'd said it took him two playthroughs (getting 100% on these games is literally his job), but that it required him to do some save-scumming... I couldn't say about different platforms having different trophies/achievements, sorry. Quickly did a check, seems it's the same achievements overall. Interesting that he said there was some save-scumming to be involved... I was actually expecting some different trophies with the ending and counting on at least playing it two or three times to get everything. To my surprise, that wasn't the case.
I simply reloaded my first Rook and went to Hossberg to get my last missing trophy.

I got 45/52 on my first playthrough, though the achievements for Part 1 and Part 2 didn't pop until my second playthrough for whatever reason, so it really should have been 47/52. My rarest is "Enhancements" at 12.3% on Steam. I am missing: - Call for Coin and Company - I got the LoF to max stars and max shop level, so I don't know why this didn't pop. Maybe something else was needed? Or maybe it just bugged like the other two.
- Bringing Down the Sky - didn't kill one of the optional side quest dragons in Rivain, and didn't have to fight Mythal.
- The Storm Quelled
- No Real Gods

I think it will probably settle around 30% which is a pretty good completion rate for a big RPG.

Considering It has been out a month, thats not to shabby. I believe BG3 Is 20 percent on finishing the game and has been out on PS for over a year, granted Its a bigger game. Onto trophies I missed first time around. Flower Power, Lords of fortune one didnt trigger properly and the super secret one.

48 in my first game, then got the last 4 (flowers, statues, secret epilogue, and jumping) in game 2.
I avoided looking at what they were until I finished the game the first time. Other than watching the game reveal of the first 15 minutes (which was extremely spoilery in itself) I did very well avoiding spoilers. The only other thing I read about was Spite being a thing, but since that was highly speculated given the tarot artwork for Lucanis, it was more of a confirmation than full-blown spoiler. I knew nothing about the ending or choices or any of that stuff, so it was all good.

Seems like only a few rushed crit path, considering about 19% got the ‘everyone survives’ achievement. Don’t know the minimum for getting there, though, so maybe it's not that hard.

I had a look at the one hidden trophy I'm missing and it's related the hidden 'real'ending I weirdly still saw after the credits lol. Looked at my Codex and seems I'm missing a circle piece, looking it up online, I know it'll be where I fought the revenant dragon because I definitely didn't grab a circle piece there.
I enjoyed act 3 so may grab that circle and re-play act 3 quickly on a lower difficulty than Adventurer for the trophy to pop.
