A good thing to do when joining the forum is to pick your theme, designed by our designers @howyummy and regack . Actually, that's a great reason for joining the forum rather than just lurking  . Choosing a theme is really easy, just head into your Profile on the menu bar: - Pick 'Edit Profile'
- Enter the 'Settings'
- And change your 'Forum Theme' (save before you go)
The THEME is the style and color of the boxes (seen below) The WALLPAPER is the style of the background wallpaper image which you set separately and is described here: bsn.boards.net/thread/15071/choose-forum-background-wallpaperHere's the current list of available background wallpaper images (and don't forget to activate the wallpaper of your choice separately) is: DEFAULT GUEST This is the 'ordinary' theme that is a default for people who view the forum without registering. it doesn't allow you to pick a background wallpaper.  OFFICIAL THEMES There are currently 4 Primary themes available, that most people should be using: 〇 Blue - which has user-selectable backgrounds
〇 Dark - which has user-selectable backgrounds
〇 Legacy - which has user-selectable backgrounds & user-selectable location for the like/quote/edit buttons
〇 Prime - this is the default member theme, it has user-selectable backgrounds
There are also test themes used by @howyummy and regack to try out wild stuff. The theme does not seem to scale on PC for resolutions higher than 1920x1080. Any chance for higher rez support? My 2560x1440 desktop resolution would like some love. Or is it my browser? (firefox) If I remember right, there's a limitation in how the CSS is exposed through the ProBoards interface that doesn't allow for multiple image selection depending on browser reported resolutions, so you have to fall back on other options which are less ideal. Also, the source material is limited to 1920x1080, so it never works right on my 3440x1440 monitor either. There are basically two approaches left, in that I can ensure the whole background is covered with the image, and it retains it's aspect ratio, but it cuts off the top and bottom - the other option is to just set it to 100% in both dimensions, but that stretches/squishes the image. I've got the stretch/squish option set in the <<Experimental>> theme if you want to take a look and report back how you feel about it. I no longer have a 2560x1440 monitor to test against, and using the browser to fake it isn't quite the same  We're still waiting on the illusive ProBoards v6 release, which will open up mobile and be a more responsive design... it's only been 4+ years....
