Nope. It's very light on any details.

Looks awesome for a start to them ramping up the marketing campaign for the game, which it looks like we've got more stuff to follow in the next month.

I really wasn't expecting them to give us any major details about the story. I was hoping for a bit of gameplay, but what we have works for a start.

Yes. Put the key in the ignition. Turn key. Engine starts. All lights are green for go. Puts ship in drive or 1st gear. Place foot on accelerator and ship moves forward. Once the ship hits 88 mph, it jumps to light speed.

So, let's see... no gameplay, no character reveal, but lots of zomfg epic flashy cuts. It's the shiniest almost-nothing I've seen in quite a while!

But this is the best part from the Andromeda Intiative site:

"The Andromeda Initiative is scheduled to launch. Privately funded and operating independently from the Systems Alliance, the Initiative’s mandate is to make a 600-year journey to the Andromeda galaxy in hopes of establishing a new home world. This impending galactic journey represents the most ambitious undertaking of any Milky Way race to date…"

So now it's about a new home world again? This is before the reaper invasion, yes?
