Liam is the former police officer and I theorized that he is the black guy. He and Cora are squadmates and I speculate that they'll be the only human squadmates barring temporaries. The sibling is confirmed to not be a squadmate.

Liam is Police, though it wasn't confirmed that he's black guy from teaser images.
We saw two human squadies in latest trailer and I think that's it. If they are indeed squadies of course, not just crew/random npcs.
