Since so much of the leak has turned out to be true, it's safe to assume that Cora and Drack are part of the squad alongside Liam and Peebee. Knowing what we do now, I think we can make some educated guesses about the rest of them.
It's probably safe to assume that Liam and Cora are the two starter squadmates, and the leak mentioned that Cora is a support party member, which means that Liam is likely more combat focused.
Now that we know how the class system works, it is also likely that they are returning to the system of each squadmate representing one of the player classes.
Since Cora apparently focuses on defensive biotics, she is most likely a Sentinel, maybe an Adept. Vanguard is unlikely since it's an offensive focused class. No indications on her backstory prior to joining the A.I. initiative, but I think there's a good chance that both she and Liam know the Ryder siblings from before.
Based on what little we've seen of Liam, he's probably either a Soldier or a Vanguard. Both would fit his history as a police officer, and it would match Cora's support based specialization.
Peebee is most likely an Adept. Given she is a scientist, Sentinel is also a possibility. I am almost certain that between the two options, Peebee will be whichever one Cora is not.
Drack, being a krogan, is probably either a Solder or a Vanguard. Like Cora and Peebee, Drack will likely be whichever of those two Liam is not.
Since there is apparently one ark for each council race, it is also very likely that two of the remaining sqaudmates are a turian and a salarian. Most likely the turian will be an Infiltrator and the Salarian will be an Engineer, but it is possible for it to be the other way around.
This leaves the mysterious seventh squadmate. This one is completely speculative, but there is a decent chance that they will be a native to the Andromeda galaxy, maybe even a khet since the developers want us to sympathize with them. This also seems like the most likely to represent the new Explorer class. Granted, any of these seven possibilities could end up representing the Explorer class.
Bioware likely doesn't want the squad skewed heavily in favor of one gender, so it is very likely that one of the three unknowns is female. My money is on the turian.
Based on past patterns, it is very likely that Liam, Cora, and Peebee are love interests. Since Peebee is an asari, it is also extremely likely that she will be the female bisexual love interest. It also caught my attention that Liam is being discussed alongside Peebee, rather than Cora. This suggests to me that he is the male bisexual love interest. Of course, this is supposition on my part and likely nothing more than wishful thinking. Cora will likely be the straight female love interest, but it is not totally out of the realm of possibility that she is a lesbian. Assuming the 2/2/2 system that Inquisition going to use before the delay, it is hard to say if one of the three unknown squadmates (most likely not the salarian) are love interests, or if the other three love interests are restricted entirely to prominent NPCs. Note that by love interest, I am leaving out characters that can only be one night stands, of which there may be several.

In regard to Liam, nothing about "former police officer" says biotic, to me. It could work if he had a heavy military background, but then that would've been his primary background story. I could see some tech skills working for a cop, maybe something along the lines of the sniper skills set of the Infiltrator. He will definitely have a strong dose of Soldier, though, I'd think. (Remember, there's no rigid class system, so even our squaddies might feel a bit more organic, this time.)
In case any of that seemed muddled or ambiguous, I'm predicting that Liam, as a former police officer, will play most similarly to a Soldier. I could see him having some sniper skills, or tech skills of other sorts, maybe, suggestive of a special tactics background, perhaps.

I reckon Liam is the black fellow in the marketing, and I could definitely see him being a soldier or sentinel, to go with the Police officer vibe. He also has a very well manicured mo', so much so that I would consider him to be possibly the bi-sexual of the companion love interests (not trying to be offensive here, just that my 3 bi-male mates all have well manicured moustaches for some odd coincidence lol). Peebee strikes me as a tomboy type, not really seeing her as a straight love interest at all actually (as a straight male, each to their own though!). She definitely could be an adept by way of her pistol use and being an Asari, easy biotics. Drack, I hope, is a Battlemaster like Wrex: and I hope he is my best bro in Andromeda: I need a Wrex 2.0 for adventures in the deep unknown. Cora I know nothing about other than she's biotic: so perhaps a vanguard? (I'll be leaving her behind then all day every day....as a vanguard I am through and through!). Liking the mix so far: would love an eccentric Salarian with jokes/songs and a stern Garrus-esque military like Turian to round things off....

The young man in the marketing campaign is sort of, well, young to be a former cop, at least in a meaningful way. He wouldn't have the deep, meaningful experience and stories a former cop should bring to the table if he's Ryder's age (mid-20s). Also, he's lean. The guy that seems to be Liam in the vid is very broad and thick, unless I'm totally wrong. That's always possible. Those are my thoughts, at least. At the rate they're releasing info, we will know for certain, soon.

,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸ My understanding is there is no class per se. Unless, it only applies to the protag.
It may also mean we will get out azzez kicked until we figure out the right Fireteam for the mission. If Cora is our group defensive player, she may be with the Fireteam quite often.
Drak may also be with the team quite often. So, a Cora+Drak is a safe bet, seeing how Liam+Cora is the starting team. However, Mac said the best class is the infiltrator, if I heard him correctly. That puts a monkey wrench in my thinking.
I'm of the opinion that our Helius cluster LI is also part of the Fireteam. It just makes sense to me, since we will be introduced to our new neighbours and must make nice with them (except the Khet). I won't be surprised if there are two Andromeda aliens in the Team.
From what I read there is a mystery with the Ryder family. Add the words of the Khet in the last seconds of the N7 Day trailer "I wonder what makes you special" and our protag may have a hidden talent.

I think it depends on how you apply the class definition. We start with no class being able to mix and match across multiple disciplines (which could be great or completely suck) and at some appropriate level we select our specialization: Vanguard, Infiltrator, Biotic, etc...Such is my understanding at least. I guess every character will have biotic potential since we can select from such powers. I hope a weapon-class category exists - I would hate if we were automatically experts with every type of weapon...I'd even go farther having a weapon proficiency leveling system...the more you use a specific class of weapon, the more damage bonus you receive. It encourages more play styles and balances soldier classes with tech and biotics (unlike ME3).

The example I give is Flynn / Mac saying that specialization will get you into trouble. If you over spec in the soldier class you will have trouble exploring and over speccing in exploration will make you weak in combat. Though, this is were the Fireteam mix+levels may come to the rescue. Striking the right balance is the key.

In game, he's the brains of the outfit and he holds his own in combat. I'd love to have a badass salarian infiltrator, or combatant of any sort. Mix things up a bit.

I second that female Turian would be a fit, more female aliens for Ryder. I don't think I could ever go for the cloaca, no matter the wonderful person attached to it. Humies and near-humies, for me. Honestly, I'm more concerned about other parts of the story. Well written romance arcs are cool, but I'd say DAI was the first time they managed well-written. (Bastila-Revan was meaningful, and therefore worthwhile, in KotOR.) I'll not stand in the way of anyone's campaign for cloaca in Andromeda.

I've got the funny feeling Cora and PeeBee might be one and the same. This! I have a feeling that might be true, but I really doubt it. Leaks described Cora as a bubbly blonde human biotic who could project shielding. That does sound somewhat like Peebee, but not entirely. I definitely see where you could get that, and it would be kind of redundant having two characters that similar to each other. But I still say/hope they are two different characters.
