On Gamestop.dk, the RC Nomad is avaliable for pre-order so that would suggest it will be avaliable in, at least, some European countries. The non-standard editions have yet to show up but I'm not worried about that since the danish site often has delayed posting of new editions: they seem to like to wait 'till they know with absolutely certain that they'll have it avaliable. One of the following days, I can ask if the staff might know. They tend to suspect whether they'll recieve something or not.

So far, there does not seem to be a collector's edition as much as there seems to be collector's items that can be bundled with the standard and deluxe editions. You may simply need to "manually" bundle it by buying both as separate purchases on another site or in a physical store.
