,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸ From what I read and understood, that is not the case at all.
Drak's loyalty mission clearly goes after the human thief that stole the Krogan's colony ship. We have a pic of him in the bridge from the first video and then another where Drak drops him off a cliff. There is your human antagonist. Also, take a look at who is next to Drak. Notice the colours of the armour. It's not a Pathfinder armour at all.
We don't know if that is Drak's loyalty mission and it has been implied by the team that Ryder will be able to acquire papa's armor so if this is Drak's loyalty mission then it could very well be Ryder in that armor. ,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸-(_MEA_)-,.-~*´¨¯¨`*·~-.¸
Hm.. Let's look at this.
Point 1. If that is Ryder then the Krogan is Drak. Now, I understand that we can take loyalty missions after we finished the main story arc, so it could very well be young Ryder with papa's armour. But, then, the human is the thief and the possible antagonist.
Point 1a. The scene points to the possibility that it is Alec in that armour. Both Alec and the Krogans left with the Nexus, ahead of the other ARKs and the young siblings. It's natural, then for Alec to have a Krogan as a squad mate.
Point 2. Speaking of antagonist, recent interviews + data dump, the Khet are the main enemy. To me, this implies that the human antagonist is a side show, a criminal.
But, then again, we don't know squat about this human antagonist and the depth of this plot device. Could be as simple as Bio throwing us a curve ball.
Edit: I meant to add in Point 1a that the Nexus can easily hold the Krogan's colony ship. It's theft is serious and Alec + Drak+ Cora (I guess) want it back.

Point 1. We don't know if the human seen is a thief. He bears a resemblence to the human seen in the leaked footage who had a tattoo on his cheek which seems likely to be a gang mark. We don't know that, however. I think he is probably a member of a criminal faction.
Point 1a. I don't recall hearing anything about Alec Ryder leaving ahead with the Nexus? As far as I know, the Pathfinders are each stationed on one of the ARKs, not on the Nexus. The orientation briefing states this. I believe it also has Jien Garson saying that she'll be leaving on the Nexus. I do think Alec Ryder has a krogan squadmate since he can be seen running alongside one in the desert.
Point 2. I think there'll be two antagonistic forces barring mook factions. The Khett will serve as the first antagonist with Alec Ryder becoming an antagonist later on. We know there'll be mercenary groups and we think we may have pirates confirmed but as I've mentioned way above, I feel Alec Ryder as motivated by desperation would make for a far more compelling antagonist who fits better with the premise of the game.
