Lobby rules

Yeah mousestalker, but isn't it natural that fictional world discussions make references and comparisons to how things are/were in the RW, for example by comparing how a society might change its view on race and gender historically and thus how a fantasy world could change the same way? Like how a woman defied expectations historically, and how she might do so in a fantasy setting with somewhat similar gender roles? I mean, if you want to avoid those nasty political fighting on race and gender between far right and progressive left you see on social media, I am genuinely thankful to you for sparing us from that mess here. But not everyone are those people, and isn't the problem with those extreme and very loud positions rather that...they're extreme positions, loud and how they debate, not what they debate? I'm saying, can't the moderation focus on that, instead of making a "don't discuss the real world" rule based on an assumption that it will inevitably lead to hateful political squabble?

Anyway, those are my thoughts to do with whatever you wish. I respect that I am here as a guest. (I don't say that to end the conversation, but as an anticipation that you might want to).
