A shaman would be fun, particularly if he was cut from a similar mold as the shaman of clan Urdnot.

I love the dialogue in ME2 where the Shaman goes through all the awful requirements for being a shaman, and Grunt quips, "Your job is terrible." The way the shaman replies "indeed" with pride always makes me laugh.

If he's a little less Grunt and a little more Wrex...romance option. Mmmm yes, yes very good.

But regardless I'm just happy there's a Krogan squadmate again. If I can't have a turian, at least I'll have a krogan.

Who's just expecting a krogan? Not your Grunts, or your shammies, or even Wrexs, but just an average run of the mill krogan? That's all I expect. We saw too much of that in trilogy, the best and worst a race has to offer. Now, it's just time for a run of the mill guy.

In fact, I don't expect much out of this team at all, at least to begin with.

I'd like to see more Gentlemanly Krogan, who doesn't love a well-spoken badass?

If Drack is who I think he is, there's hope for you I want a character that breaks stereotypes people.

In the trailer he took cover uncharacteristic of a Krogan.

We've seen briefly an Asari doctor in the cinematic trailer.

To be fair, the doctor in the trailer, is likely Doctor Lexi, on the Hyperion. We don't know if she'll work on the Tempest as well.

Drack shall wear pink armor, whether he likes it or not.

Guys, I have a great idea for how Drack becomes our squad mate: what if he is a stowaway on the Tempest? As in, he breaks in before we leave for Andromeda (maybe to steal something?) and accidentally becomes trapped somewhere - he has to wait 600 years until we awaken and find him. Krogan can live for centuries, so it wouldn't be outside of the realm of possibility. I just don't see any other way he would be allowed to join the Andromeda Initiative... the purpose is to repopulate a new galaxy. Why would they just bring one Krogan?

The idea of Krogan tagging along as hired muscle would make sense as well. That was the same reason they gave for the Qunari Inquisitor being at the Conclave in DAI, not because they cared about it's outcome or even had a horse in the race, but because they were working as the security detail.

Because of the Genophage that still affects them, the Krogan do have least stake in colonisation of Andromeda... but at the same time, they have the least to lose by trying?

Some of the Krogan may have wanted to have a fresh start elsewhere. Wrex could have galvanised them into daring to hope for the Krogan again, while Wreav could have spurred some to leave before he started another war that ended their species once and for all.
