Yep, that's how it happened with my Scott run, but it didn't happen with my Sara one*.

Because i didn't save his scouts and/or didn't give Mora the remnant tech.

I have to admit, Drack has quickly become one of my favourite crew members. Cranky old grandpa is A+ in my books. And I love his old dog/young pup interactions with Liam in the Tempest.

But I got a moment yesterday which had me laughing for a ridiculously long time. There I am, hooning around on H-047c with its lovely low gravity, hurling the Nomad off peaks to get some serious hangtime, when I slightly misjudge where I am, drive off a peak and realise as I'm in the air that I'm really not that far from the edge of that enormous, possibly bottomless crevasse. I land and come to a screeching halt with my front wheels literally right on the edge, accompanied by Drack's bellow of "SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!!"

I was laughing like a hyena for so long. You've got to try it. :lol:

I got really attached to Drack as I learned more about him.

The fact that he's a Krogan killing machine, but still old, vulnerable, and at the end of his life makes him nuanced. Then there's that Grandpa mentality that I can't get enough of.

I get the feeling he'll inevitably die in the sequel in a similar manner to Thane, but I just hope that when it happens Drack will get the end he deserves.

I think so. My first playthrough i didn't save the scouts, but gave Morda the tech and i never got that scene with Drack/Kesh.

I definitely think if they ever decide to make Avitus a LI, they should have it be after some time has passed so he has finished grieving for Macen.

And yeah, I really like Vederia so would would love if she became a LI(hopefully an ace/demi one).

Also, I did not expect a krogan character of all people to be the focus of so many heartwarming moments. His interactions with Vetra are pure gold - I feel like he becomes a honorary grandfather for both her and Sid.

And for Ryder, for that matter.

I take it you have to save the scouts to be good enough friends then? I didn't do anything else that made him mad and I never got the quest.
